Scott is a Great dentist! He has technology for your teeth to make your visits easy and painless..With other dentists I have encountered the first visits they poke at your teeth to see their health.. Scott has newer technology to view tooth health the tooth. He found cavities other dentists did not. . Also they make sure you are comfortable during your visit. They offered me a blanket and headphones to listen to music while My teeth were worked on.

I have had several crowns done by Dr Scott, all excellently. There was one that didn't quite feel "right" and he replaced it without charge. He has an excellent professional, friendly staff.

Lovely office and all the Staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt like I got treated as family. The doctor was really nice and personable. I like that he has extended his education and does implants as well as cosmetic dentistry. I loved the beautiful displays he has on the office walls showing the work he has done for people. The thing I like the most was how relaxed I felt and the staff made sure I was comfortable and my needs were met

I always have a great experience when I go to Optima dental care. Andrea always cleans my teeth with care and there is no pain. I am never scared or worried to go. Dr. Johnson is very kind and always makes sure I am happy with the care I received before I leave. As long as I have teeth I will go to Optima dental for all of my needs. I honestly worry more about getting my haircut than visiting the dentist now that I go there!

Effective, appropriate, and comfortable care is Dr. Johnson and his staff's priority. Andrea has the most comfortable anesthesia injection technique ever experienced: I barely felt it. Chocolate chip cookies in the waiting room guarantee come-back customers!

Amazing care by Optima Dental! They got me right in for a toothache and treated it. I was feeling better within a few hours. Today I am back to eating. Thank you!

I received a discount coupon of some kind in the mail, so I called Optima to ask about their fees for a cleaning. It didn't take long to figure out that Optima Dental Care is NOT a preferred provider for the dental insurance I had. I asked the receptionist how much my appointment would cost, and she assured me that Optima 'reduces' it's fees, and that is easier than for Optima to become a 'preferred provider' with all the dental insurances. The receptionist assured me OVER AND OVER that an exam appointment would NOT cost me anymore than if Optima was a preferred provider. WRONG. I was very thorough with my questions on the phone, and I took notes of what the receptionist said. Low and behold, my appointment is over and I keep getting bills from Optima for amounts over and above what I would have had to pay a preferred provider. I told the billing department that I am NOT going to pay these bills, as I was misled and given blatant wrong information on the phone. Mind you, nothing was done at this appointment except an exam and x-rays. Optima apparently isn't 'approved' with very many providers, so I would never go to Optima without getting their fee is writing.
