Dr. Katie is extremely pleasant. I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and it was completely painless! She is an extremely patient person and made sure I was comfortable for the duration of the procedure. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back!

I was very disappointed. I came there I when I went to the specialist for my tooth I had a major infection which was very obvious with the X-ray that they supposedly reviewed and didn't bother to give me any pain medicine or antibiotics made an appointment and asked to come early they said yes they charge me $75 and all they did was an x-ray. I know they couldn't help me and they referred me which I appreciate but I don't believe I should have had to pay $75 for an x-ray. I went to The Specialist that they referred me to and specialist said that I had a major major infection that I required antibiotic treatment and I was disappointed that they did not give me an antibiotic or any pain medicine for the duration of time I needed to wait to get the appointment with the specialist.

Everyone is friendly and professional. My anxiety about going to the dentist is gone,as a matter of fact I feel enthusiastic. All of my concerns during the past few years have been addressed promptly. Flexible payment arrangements for procedures not covered is great.The staff is genuinely focused on your dental issue.

they get the job done but they OVER book. every time i had an appt, i've had to wait over an hour. the receptionist is rude to clients in person and over the phone. the dentist also leaves during a root canal procedure and there's at least 3-4 people taking turns working on your procedure.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:30. I got there at 11:31. I waited in the exam room for an hour, no one came to check on me. I had the same experience and worst of all on 10/4/22 my appointment was 1pm, got called in at 1:50. At 2:20 the staff came and told me that they have an emergency. I waited until 3:00pm and still wasn't seen. I have had enough and I definitely going to change my dentist.

They do a good with my checkups. Had a wisdom tooth pulled a couple months ago and felt absolutely no pain afterwards!! Only think is, I'm 50 and have been to a lot of dentists in my time and this is the first place that doesn't floss your teeth, which I don't understand.

Dentist was very nice. But on the way out I was told I had a co-pay for today's cleaning and exam. My insurance, which they take, indicated that this service is covered 100% every 6 months. So watch out for them charging more than the price they agreed to with your insurance. I said "no, I have no copay, goodbye."

Dr Irina n her assistant wer workin togethrr like a well oiled machine, focusing on my root canal located on my furthest back tooth up top. The process went smoothly n im thankful for their expertise in their field providin me w a quik n comfortable experience. Much gratitude ladies

Wait time is horrible. I've been here plenty of times and each time they take FOREVER. I once waited 1 hour in the waiting room and another time they took 3.5 hours to do my husbands permanent crown.
