I will recommend to family & friends. Staff is very friendly. Dr. Sanku is truly a remarkable dentist. He is compassionate and knowledgeable, my comfort was his top priority. Molar extraction with absolutely no pain, no swelling and no bruising. Highly recommend.

horrible experience. They keep losing the impression for my denture. I have already paid for them. Now I'm out over $3000. Do not go there!!!!

I highly recommend NOT using this dental place. I scheduled my appointment two months in advance and have had ongoing issues with my tooth due to a cavity. I reached out to them to confirm and explain my ongoing pain. They then proceed to call me 2 days prior to my appointment to tell me that they have canceled my appointment and need to reschedule. They were rude and offered to schedule me out for 4-6 weeks. I would consider literally anyone else before going to this company.

Never will I come back here again. I've had nothing but problems with them ever since I started going there. Not to mention everytime I came in, the dentist here would criticize me and be very judgemental and just make me feel so low about myself... he even told me that it was MY FAULT that my teeth were in such bad shape. Mind you, I've had 4 kids pretty much back to back (not planned that way.) I was forced to put a one star, but if it were my choice, I wouldn't even put that.

I have never in my life experienced a more unprofessional and unorganized medical office. On three separate occasions I took off time for work and drove way out of my way for these appointments. All three were cancelled without notice, and I only found out they were cancelled because the facility doors were locked when I arrived. I wasted significant time and money (missed work, gas) and was offered zero recourse for this. My job actually pulled me in and made sure I wasn't just trying to skip work, I had to physically show them proof I did try and go to these appointments. Every time I called and asked what happened, I was told my appointment was cancelled and was offered no other explanation. The 3rd cancellation I asked the receptionist to speak with her supervisor. I was met with anger and told she was the only employee there, I then asked for her name, she then refused and immediately hung up the phone. This facility shows a pattern of disrespect and lack of patient care, and it starts with the people who answer the phones and/or make the appointments. The Dr who I have seen clearly does not care about his patients either. I believe it is Dr. Sanku, he is a tall (southeastern?) Asian man in his 50s, obviously has no issue cancelling appointments made weeks in advance at the very last minute, and doesn't care enough to make sure his staff communicates with this patients. Pathetic behavior by a supposed "doctor". I am seriously considering having a group of friends make appointments on the same days just to no-show so they can see what it's like to lose money and time for no reason and at no fault Of their own. Oh, the work is not great either. I had a crown pop off on its own after a root canal, and after being replaced it cracked and broke in half a few weeks later. I wouldn't recommend a homeless person go here even for free work. It's by far the worst dental office I have ever been to. Do not go here unless you want your time and money wasted, and mediocre dental work. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Very rude and disrespectful took my money and didn't give me a receipt! Left puddy in my mouth after impression kit was done. Had to go home and use toothpicks to get it out my teeth

Worst dental experience ever! Please avoid this place if you don't want to live a misrable life. The female doctor Gunukula did a crown that is super big and super tight for me which hurts so bad every day so that I need to go to other dentistry to redo the crown. Avoid this place if you do not want spend 100 nights crying due to the toothache.

I don't believe a single person in this office knows how to do their job. They are one of the only places that USE to accept our insurance so we had to deal with it. My husband went for all of his teeth to be removed, that went fine. Dentures on the other hand failed 4 times and he was unable to have any but they billed insurance. I went for a root canal and it failed causing my tooth to blacken. Deciding to get more dental work done, I made an appointment to get teeth removed. First appointment got cancelled at that minute (literally hours) the second appointment They called the day before saying they no longer take insurance. I made the appointment a week prior. I let them know of the problem and how I had moldings done for dentures depending on this place to pull my teeth. She said I could pay out of pocket. I asked to have a conversation with the doctor so he could understand how the ladies in the office are running things, I was told that would be $140. I expressed they don't take responsibility for their mistakes and leave people to fix their mistakes and I'd be embarrassed to work there. No company is perfect but they mess up time after time and continue to take no responsibility. I will never go back even if they decide to take our insurance although the website still continues to say they accept ours. I was forced for the one star, they should be ashamed to call themselves a place of HELP people.

I'm mad! Got the whole right side fillings done in May. Since then, I've had 4 FILLINGS FALL OUT.. 1 fell out shortly after getting it filled, 1 wouldn't stay in to the point they just put a crown on it and called it a day, had one that was not even put in and was shifting, now my molar one has fallen out but yet I'm supposed to pay them to fix it when their fillings won't even stay in my teeth in the first place! Would give 0 stars but since it won't let me do that, y'all get 1. Don't go here unless you plan to keep coming back here spending money for work done.

I had a great experience at Optim Dental today. I went in very nervous about my root canal and the Doctor reassured me many times that I would be fine. He asked me multiple times during the process if I was doing okay. I really appreciate the fact that he cared so much about my comfort level and pain levels. The Doctor wasn't the only great one either. All members of Optims staff treated me nicely and madebsure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Optim Dental as a place to go for your Dental help! Thank you!

Drove an hour and a half to this place a week before Christmas because I had a very painful tooth that needed extracted. Was told by their front desk lady that it was a certain price. Even asked her multiple times on phone before driving there Needless to say... They charged me 216 more and admitted that their front desk lady not even the call center was at fault because they pulled up my call and listened to it. And I was correct... She told me a wayyyy cheaper price. The manager was super apologetic. And said the girl would be dealt with but it's just super ridiculous they got me for false advertisement and the only way I could have this tooth removed was to pay the additional 216. To some that's not much. But a single mom a week before Christmas who already missed work several shifts. Yeah well... Bah humbug.

Terrible experience twice now. I set my appointment weeks ago, got a confirmation to confirm my appointment the day before and do. To then get to my appointment 5 min late, but call ahead, and told that they're booked and I was scheduled with a doctor not there. Set an appointment for my bf as well and couldn't be seen.

No one able to take Illinois medicaid now. Staff did not get approval ahead of time for client to get dental work needed before the changes went in to affect which affected clients appoint which i feel is a lack of doing a job.
