This place is horrible just like the other reviews says, they over book you with like 5 to 6 people with only 1 dentist on. I waited close to an hour in the lobby, and I just left and told them to cancel this appointment and called the insurance company so that I won't be billed for services that wasn't rendered. That's my fault because I seen the horrible reviews of this place and I still booked an appointment

My experience here this morning was a horrible but hilarious one. I arrived at 830a for a 9a appt. The Receptionist seemed to be the only sane one in the bldg. I gave her my id and insurance cards. The Receptionist took me to the back.. I sat there for a good 30 min before the assistant came in and did my xray. Another 30 min passed and then the Dentist came in. Woke me up because I fell asleep while waiting . He looked in my mouth told me he needed to do 3 extractions and fill the holes. He left out and the assistant came back in and brought a sheet of paper with her outlining what was to be done and 250 per tooth. I told her I could not afford that and she gave me no recourse. I inquired as to if she knew I had gave the front desk my insurance card and she said no. (No Communication). I said that I have Wellcare coverage and a 2500 flex card. She said oh ok we can take care of you right now. I said no Thanks I'm not interested anymore just give me a copy of the paperwork you did on me. I took it and left. They gave me the absolute worst experience of any business I have ever entered. Don't just change your name on the bldg. Change the way you do your business!

If I could give no stars I would. I made an appointment for last Thursday for 4 pm for an extraction and regular cleaning. I got a call day of to have my appointment moved up to 3pm because they apparently close at 4. The sign on the door says they are open until 6... I came in at 2:45, waited in the waiting room until 3:15. Finally went back to a chair and waited another 10 minutes got X-rays and the assistant only brushed my teeth it wasn't a usual cleaning. I then waited another 10 minutes on the dentist. He came in and said he was going to extract my bottom wisdom teeth and he will be right back with a plan. At 3:50 someone comes in to tell me everything is covered on my insurance except for a bone graft. I asked why I needed a bone graft and she said "I'm not sure it's what he wants to do". I told her I didn't feel comfortable having something done when they never did it before when they extracted my top wisdom teeth. She then said I needed to pay $250 for the bone graft or he wasn't pulling them. I told her I didn't have that and asked if he could just extract the one that was causing the pain and when I got paid I'd come back. At this point it 3:56 and she tells me "he's not going to pull it today because he leaves at 4pm and not a minute later" I told her that's not my problem when I made this appointment two weeks ago, and they took their time coming in here. I was then told I will need to make a new appointment to have the extraction done. I left crying because I was so overwhelmed with everything that had happened. I'll never come back here and recommend to everyone to never go here.

Just like many others on here if I could give negative starts I would. The "doctor" they have now is the worst dentist I have ever seen. He is extremely rude, does not listen at all or seem yo have any clue as to what hes doing. If I would have known better I would have RAN. Unfortunately the work he did I cant undo. I regret coming here and not doing more research. Dont make my mistake.

Needed crowns and root canal done. Only crowns are covered by my insurance , so I'm like ok I'll have crowns done today or whenever. Was told to go to another dentists for those. So basically this dentist refuses to perform anything that is actually covered.

Worst dentist ever. Didn't even talk to me but for about 30 seconds. And literally talked down to me. You couldn't pay me enough to return here. 0 stars from me. I can't believe this doctor still has a job.

If I could give a negative rating I would! My boyfriend came here because his tooth broke off. The secretary and assistants were fine. The doctor was absolutely HORRIBLE! He came in asked my boyfriend how often he brushes his teeth. My boyfriend responded "everyday" as I see him do it everyday. The doctor looked in his mouth and says "Do you even brush them at all?" Absolutely horrible bed side manner. That is no way to treat a human being. He then told the assistant that he needed to pull FIVE teeth and put a denture in. Mind you my boyfriend is 26 years old and his other teeth just needed filled in. The doctor then ripped off his gloves and walked out. Didn't even spend a total of 1 minute with us.

Called to be seen for toothache. They told me they had an emergency opening at this time. I got there and they had me sign forms for an extraction. I said "what if it's only a cavity or a chip?" They'll extract it. If you're over 25 and on state insurance, that's all they'll do for you. Steer clear unless you actually want dentures at mid-life.

Great people to have working in my mouth. However it is extremely cool in the office. Bad idea in the winter! I also wasn't given eye protection during today's cleaning or previous work. Waiting room time was short. However once in the exam room I waited a very long time for the dentist. There was no explanation for the wait either. This aggregated the cold felt in the office. It took so long my bladder filled and had no one to tell about it.

Literally one of the worst experiences of my entire life. This dentist was trying to handle seven patients at once and literally ripped a molar out of my head without numbing me fully, with no assistant- shoved a piece of gauze in my mouth and just left me to bleed out. I wish I was kidding right now. I had to stumble out of the room crying and holding handfuls of my own blood pouring from my mouth to find help. This is THE ONLY DENTIST in Peoria that takes my insurance and I would rather have all of my teeth rot out of my head than to ever go back into this place.
