Dr Sabos was able to fit me in within 12 hours of initial contact over a holiday weekend! She was knowledgeable, helpful, and saved my smile just before I left for vacation (no toothless tourist photos)! Would definitely recommend

Dr. Sabo is literally the best dentist ever! I've been with her for over a decade. Super knowledgeable and accurate with diagnosis and treatments. She won't do any unnecessary procedures and is super affordable with the VIP plan (which you can use instead of dental insurance). She's also super friendly and her staff is the best. The plus side is that she is also a dental anesthesiologist, so if you're afraid of dental procedures or have children or are caring for someone with a disability, she provides excellent care. You are in great hands with this dentist!

Called at noon and was able to come in for emergency dental services that day. Had an oral surgeon extract 2 teeth in no time at all. Extremely fast & effective procedure, highly recommended.

Dr. Jana Sabo is pleasant but the experience here has not been. The three times I've been, I've left fairly sore, not an experience I remember at other places. I decided to find another dentist.

I have never had a dentist experience like this, I'm moving to NYC and I will be coming back for all of my dental work I refuse to go anywhere else if this had 10 stars I'd rate it 10. Highly recommend!!!

I had a bad toothache and was able to get an emergency appointment right away after hours. Dr. Eric made the process easy and quick. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 mins! Highly recommend this place.

Amazing dental office. I broke a tooth during the early Covid pandemic and I had a hard time finding a dentist who would see me. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Jana not far away. They got me in right away and arranged for the oral surgery (Dr. Eric) and implant. Fantastic work and friendly.

Honestly I have to share this review for the services of this facility. I've been scared to go to a dentist ever since I was little, but Dr. Jana is super gentle, patient and even fast! I had my teeth cleaning done in just one session about an hour and I'm super satisfied. I also had infection and had to remove three wisdom teeth, the good thing is that Open Wide SF has a surgeon on site. I missed my early morning appointment on the surgery day but Dr. Jana and Dr. Eric came back and rescheduled me on the same day! WOW! And another little sweet thing is that I lost my AirPod during surgery but Dr. Jana has put them in a sleeve pocket of my jacket, I felt so blessed finding them there. And the receptionist Gina is super friendly and nice, she knew everything about insurance and always sent on time reminders which is just sweet. In a nutshell, I would definitely recommend this dentistry to anyone who's looking for a credible, patient and nice dentist!

Dr. Jana Sabo is an excellent Dentist. After experiencing tooth pain, I called her office and was assessed the next day. She is kind, intelligent, and efficient and her office is a welcoming environment. I greatly appreciated the support and treatment I received from Open Wide San Francisco Dentistry. Her expert analysis determined I needed a root canal and she referred me to an Endodontist. A short while ater my root canal, I visited Dr. Sabo again to start the process of getting a crown. What a pleasant experience! I look forward to my follow up visit to complete the process and get a cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Sabo and Open Wide San Francisco Dentistry.

This place is great...miss Sabo and her stuff are great workers.they make u really comfortable and they know exactly what they do (I had a lot experiences cause in my country my Dad is a dentist)..so I completely give 5stars!!

Super shady. Made an appointment for new dentures for my dad. Insurance said it's covered with a copay. The day before the appointment they told me it wasn't covered and would cost over $1500. I doubled checked with insurance, it's covered. They again insisted it wasn't covered and added that their material is better than what insurance covers. I asked for a breakdown and more info so they cancelled my appointment.

Wonderful experience at openwide SF , Dr. Sabo great bed side manner with the quality of dentistry to match. Very informative knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. You get what you pay for!

Great Overall experience and outcome! Dr. Jana and her team took perfect care of my autistic child under general anesthesia. We went to 9 other facilities to find someone that can treat my child with low functioning autism. 3 hour drive but worth the drive and will make it for future appointments as well. I was so impressed with her work that i have decided to become a patient along with my 3 other children. Highly recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COST! THIS DENTAL PRACTICE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! Misleading and deceptive organization. I scheduled and paid for a consultation to get adult braces. My insurance requires that this procedure is performed by an orthodontist. I was repeatedly told from Dr Jana and the receptionist that OpenWide would send me a referral to local orthodontist. I have called, emailed, left multiple messages, and after numerous attempts I have not gotten any response, call back, nor the most important part I have not received the referral. I'm out the money of the consultation and I believe this shady organization doesn't want to give me the referral because they can't make any additional money off of me. UPDATE - Of course I get a call back within an hour of posting this negative review with some BS excuse that they have been out the office for a few days due to a family emergency and they will be processing my referral immediately. Well I was previously told that I would receive the referral on Thursday, April 29th one week after my initial consultation appointment. One month later, multiple voicemails left, multiple emails sent and I get nothing until I complain. Review still stands. They only responded because I forced their hand. I'm done with this practice and want nothing to do with any recommended referral.

This dental practice is awesome. They're friendly, competent & high tech. I had a broken tooth, which Dr. Jana diagnosed as a needed extraction. Dr Eric, whose schedule is super full, scheduled the Sat of Memorial Day weekend to do my extraction (as well as handling several other patients that day). Because it was a holiday weekend, assistants were tough to get, so Dr. Jana was his assistant. I felt well cared for. I was a bit nervous about the surgery & the post op, but Dr Eric's casual but professional behavior put me at ease. The tooth was the 2nd from the back on the top, so a difficult location. The extraction took about 10 mins & was pain-free. The post op was minimal, and pain free. I have to attribute that to the way the extraction was done. Also, the admin at the office is friendly and efficient. So in addition to the professionalism & competence, it's a friendly, comfortable office.

Great staff very welcoming and professional. I also felt very safe as everything looked very clean , Went in for a bridge and now that I'm done I really love the results. Definitely recommended

I felt that the least I could do was jump on here and write a review for the incredible service that I was provided. I am a foreign national with little knowledge on how the dental industry works over here in the US and I found myself in a situation where I required assistance with a dental issue I was facing. I was not sure who I could even go to that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg considering I am an au pair and our monthly income would by no means allow us to afford dental work. I reached out to Dr.Jana after she was recommended to me and I could not be more thankful that she and her office were so happy and willing to provide emergency care for people in need! Good people looking out for the needs of others! Thank you!
