At the age of eight, Clara Davis wanted to be a dentist and set forth pursuing that dream by attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to obtain two degrees a BS in Dental Hygiene (BSDH) and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS).
Always with a passion for public service, Dr. Davis spent years working in a rural area community health center providing dental services to patients from all walks of life. This experience has been life-enriching both personally and professionally.
With a passion for helping others, Dr. Davis takes great pride both in her work and in her private practice. the mission of Open Wide Family Dentistry is to enhance ones external smile so that it is a reflection of ons internal contentment.
We are committed to patient satisfaction, which encompasses improving self-image and self-esteem. We will provide quality dental care through eduction, restoration and maintenance using the latest proven dental technology.

Enjoy every visit. No one likes going to the dentist but the atmosphere is like visiting an old friend. Before you know it, the check up is finished. Dr. Davis and staff are HIGHLY recommended.

Entire staff is knowledgeable and consistently sensitive to the needs of patients. I appreciate the kindness as the procedures are generally uncomfortable. They are able to ease the anxiety. Most importantly, the music is awesome!

Safe and friendly environment. Very comfortable and clean. Makes going to the dentist a lot less anxious feeling and overwhelming. If you like good old school music in the background it's the place to be.

Dr. Davis and staff are amazing !! She made me feel quite comfortable and assured that I was in great hands. They also put moisturizer on my lips before I left. NICE TOUCH !! No more dry chapped lips after leaving the dentist office. I will be recommending Dr. Davis to all of my family and friends. Five stars all around .
