Very friendly staff at the front desk and welcoming! I had an issue with the appointment and the staff kindly reassured me despite my issue that I still will be able to get seen today. The dental staff was also very friendly.

I went in to have root canal today, it was so incredible to experience such a wonderful place with doctor Pleshty, Stephanie (his assistant) and the ladies at the front desk especially Angie who also was very helpful to put in the paper work for me to get the funds through care credit in order to cover the cost of my procedures. Oh my God I can not describe enough how great and professional this dentist and all his staff are, and with such a clean and welcome environment. They are the kind of people we need today for all our dental needs. If any one seeking out for a dentist who really care, then doctor Pleshty is the right person. He did my root canal with absolutely no pain whatsoever, and I'm so confident looking forward to complete the procedures next week with the crown. Many thanks and appreciation to you doctor Pleshty, Stephanie, Angie and Open smile dentist as a whole for what you guys do. May God bless you all.

I had a great experience here! The staff and the dentist were extremely kind and patient. They resolved the issue I was dealing with for a while, I've been to other places where they completely disregard my issue. I will definitely be coming back here. I felt very welcomed, and I would definitely recommend choosing Open Smile Dental.

This is absolutely the best place to get your teeth fixed and cleaned I had a broken toothe and Dr. Kat was so gentle and kind and he fixed it like it never broke I couldn't believe it he made my day. If you want a quick appointment contact open smile dental the customer service is AWESOME!

Angie has been a great help with my four children since we started going to Open Smile. Dr Skinner was really good with the kids. The whole staff is always pleasant. I just found out Dr.Skinner is no longer with OSD he will be missed howevr I met Dr.Choy and it was a pleasure. The office is always clean and warming.

I'm giving them a 3 because after my fill-in my teeth still feel so sentivie and weird it's been 4months I can barley chew rice. I want to say they might of hit a nerve but I'm not to sure. Outside of that they are typically fast, and friendly. I feel bad leaving this review but I do want to be honest.

Unprofessional! They make you wait for hours just to see attend to you. Why would you schedule me for a 1:40pm tell me to come in early yet have me wait for two hours before you answer me. I came in at 12:30 pm and left at 3pm for a procedure that lasted for less than 20 minutes. Even when I spoke to the staff at the front. She made it seem like it's my fault for coming in early when the lady who booked the appointment was the one who told me to come in early!!! Get a better dental office because this is not it. This is not the first time they've made me wait for a ridiculous amount of time but today would be the last. Edit:the dentist was rude as well. What is up with this place! I came in for cavities and he fixed two out of four and told me to come in next week for the rest. Okay sir I'll hold in the toothache until next week. If I knew today would be horrible I would have just done something else with my time. Management needs to reevaluate their staffs. The attitude isn't nice.

I want to thank Ari the office manager for being so kind to me and my daughter he makes sure and keep his staff in line and try to give the best service possible especially after it was hard to find good dentist locations out here in queens I'm glad to have stumbled upon them

The entire team of Open Smile Dental deserves a 5 star individually. My daughter had some issues with her teeth, and the staff starting from the from the front desk to the staff behind the scenes, worked diligently and patiently with me and her until every issue was resolved. I want to express my gratitude to the team of Open Smile Dental, you guys are the best. The Stone family

I love love love this place! Ari the office manager is great and gave me a good deal for my crowns. My doctor doctor Kat is friendly and very informative. Angie ( front desk ) is gentle and informative as well. Leah ( front desk) super sweet and inviting. Please look no further ! This is the place to go for all your dental needs ! Love them
