Had a appointment in March they said they had to wait for insurance approval. Called in April they said they are still waiting. Called today and they said they are not accepting new cases . Why the hell didn't they call me and tell me that instead of making me wait over 3 months in constant pain ! That is cruel I am extremely disappointed!

Incredibly rude and disrespectful staff. If you don't want the pointless extras or fluoride treatments or are on state aid you will be treated terrible here based on our experiences.

Staff was very friendly and informant in letting me know information ive never been told by other dentists. My cleaning went very well and the Dr was gentle and quick!

I have been going here for the past 2 years or so. I have super bad anxiety due to past dentists I've been to so I was very skeptical at first. The staff here are super sweet and make you feel like you're at home! I have not had any issues with them.Thank you so much for all you guys do! I actually enjoy going to my dentist appointments now!

I would leave a no star review if I could. When I scheduled my appointment to have new retainers made, I double checked that they make the kind I need. The lady reassured me that they do. I get there, the staff refuses to even look at my retainers, demand that I have xrays, so I ablidge and when the doctor finally came in, she informed me that they do not make the kind I need. An hour and a half after I arrive, I finally get to leave. I had signed a waiver so they would send my xrays to my regular dentist, they never sent the xrays! I call to get them as I'm waiting at my dentist office, the gal didn't speak English, was extremely rude and kept inturrpting me! Do yourself a favor, do not come here for ANYTHING!

I brought my High Anxiety, Sensory sensitive child for their first Dental appointment! All of the staff were so kind and Welcoming! Each staff member that interacted with my child acted calm and polite. Everyone explained to my child what each tool was and what they were going to do with them!! Thank you all for your excellent service!!

I've been looking for a new clinic and coming to Open Door Dentistry was the best decision. Alena, the dental assistant was so friendly and kind, & Dr. Webber was very gentle and thorough. I felt at ease throughout my whole appointment, knowing I was in good hands. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here if you're looking for a clinic you can enjoy coming to!!

All the staff are kind and helpful. The front desk is efficient and friendly. Very pleasant atmosphere and comfortable environment. I would highly recommend this dental office!

If I could choose no stars I WOULD. No doubt at all. Denied me of getting service, this is a truly discriminating dental office. 2/3 women working here were very rude. Hung up on me, interrupted me, and did not seem to care about my company and need for my dental emergency. I am infuriated and would like to say that these are closed minded people that ACTUALLY exist in our world. As a young woman supporting herself in the city I would say there should be some change in that dental facility because I really needed help and I have never been so offended. I hope they change their attitudes or employees all together. That was just plain hoity-toity rudeness. Gross and unprofessional. I hope I am heard.... Thank you.
