Open Door is great. They are caring, genuine, and knowledgeable. They don't over treat and try to have your teeth heal instead of drill if they can. They are clean, efficient, and good at what they do.

As usual, I'm not a big fan of dentist office. Thank you for doing a good job and going the extra mile I had. Fernande as dental hygienist. I'm sorry but I don't know the doctor's name. He was awesome. My tooth was broken and very difficult to remove. He went the extra mile to remove it. I appreciate that

The absolute best dental care team ever! From the time I first spoke to the Front Desk (Topanga) to set the appointment, to the last second of my visit. They got me in super quick, explained what was happening every step of the way! Amazing! I really cannot say enough! Every team member has a kind and nurturing demeanor. They go above and beyond the scope of "Care". Dr. Bailey is a true professional. So gentle and accommodating. He had to pull a tooth, it was out before I knew it. My past dental experience left me with anxiety and fear and I avoided the chair as much as possible. But now, I can honestly say, I have found my dental care family. Their name says it all, "Open Door Family Dental"! Thank you so much for reinstilling my faith in the dentist again!

So amazing and am so greatful to them getting me in so quickly and so gentle. Everytime and every person in that office from the front to the dentists, assistance, hygienist and even billing have been amazing. I used to run and hide if I knew I had an appointment and then I was drugged very heavily to get me there from childhood on. Thank you to the South Medford office I no longer have any of those fears and I recommend them to everyone I know. They are the elite of their field and I don't see myself ever going anywhere else. Thank you from all my heart for being there for emergencies, up keep and giving me the comfort of getting a beautiful smile and going the extra mile to be able to keep it and truly caring about my long term health.
