This was my first visit with Dr. Chen. I went in for a consultation and ended up receiving the best care and cleaning than I ever received from my previous dentist. He listened intently. His communication is clear and concise. He treats you as a person, not as an ATM machine. I felt comfortable and am confident in his abilities and knowledge. Dr. Chen and his staff is a valuable asset to my health care team. I am grateful to have found them.

I cannot say enough great things about Open and Affordable Dental! Dr. Chen is an incredible doctor who is beyond kind and understanding of people like me who have (had) horrible experiences at the dentist. Dr. Chen mapped out a plan to help me reach my goals with my teeth and explained every step to me without shaming me for putting it off. I've appreciated coming in and not having to feel embarrassed of my smile. I also want to mention the front office girls and the dental assistants are equally amazing and deserve so much recognition for their hard work and kindness too! I can honestly say I no longer dread going to the dentist and it is all because of this staff. Thank you!

This place has been the most kind people I have ever had in a dentist and staff. I'm really happy that I had chosen this place for my appointment. I recommend anyone go here. You can't teach the kind of compassion and care they provided today.

Dr. Chen is a very versatile professional. My husband has had horrible dental experiences throughout his life and having dental work done can be a challenging and scary experience. Yet he's raves about his experience with Dr. Chen and how patient and careful he is in his work. If we weren't lucky enough to have him ourselves, he's also been an amazing dentist for our children too. Very personable with our kids and makes the experience easy for them. Thank you Dr. Chen and staff!

Just love when I call a place that shows open hours to find out they are closed till Monday... the lady at the call center who picked up was helpful in directing me to their other location 40 minutes away. Good to know when folks have an emergency and are in pain, the management of this company could care less about false information. Update: thank you for the reply. While the hopes for the future is nice it's not helpful when your hours say you are open and in the present you are not. I didn't drive the 40 minutes... I'll wait till Monday and deal with the pain, between hot and cold compress and oragel with pain meds... it at least takes the edge off. And the crazy part I'm willing to pay out of pocket.. but it's cool I'll go to a regular dentist that accepts the major insurance carriers.

Dr. Chen and the staff were great. They explained everything so I understood got me in and out rather quickly and didnt cause a lot of pain I will be going back.

After not going to a dentist for 12 years or so, I asked some friends and co workers who they go to and I am very glad I ended up going here. Dr. Chen is great and so is the staff. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking.

This office is terrific. The staff is friendly and caring. My wellbeing was an obvious concern to them. They explained what thet were going to do before they did it and what would happen after.

Dr. Chen is amazing! I was terrified of dentists and he made getting my dentures so easy. The entire staff was just so patient with me and I am not always easy to deal with. There was a few hic-cups but they were handled quickly.. Their professionalism and abilities were perfect. I cannot thank you enough! If your afraid of the dentist this is the place to go. They make sure your comfortable,answer all your questions and if you need extraction Dr. Chin is extremely gentle!!

I had a tooth extraction conducted here with no insurance. They were in fact affordable and very pleasant to be around. I'm thankful I finally found a good dentist.

Dr. David , evella an Tiffany helped me so much an treated me with more respect than I expected, I've always been treated badly at other places, dr. David was so kind an even call me that night to just check on me, evella was so kind to me I can't thank her enough for all she did for me, Tiffany even helped me with my insurance problems she was so nice an helpful. Thank you so much I would refer this orthodontist to everyone in the world I meet.

Dr. Chen is so kind, knowledgeable, and always does his best to give you the best experience possible. I have sensitive gums, he takes the time to hand scale so I don't have pain from the ultrasonic cleaner. He also helps adjust my retainer so it won't rub. This place always goes above and beyond, definitely where you want to go.

Dr. David Chen and his amazing late night crew are awesome. They all have a great attitude and it is all around a fun atmosphere! I hoghly recommend going here for you next dental appointment.
