Dr.Peters was awesome and his staff was friendly and very helpful! I was visiting my family from out of town and on Labor Day weekend woke up in intense pain. They got me in the same day I called, found out I had a dead tooth and bad infection, so bad that it was there for at least 6 months and he had to put me on antibiotics for at least 3 days before he could perform a emergency root canal surgury and save the tooth. Took an x-ray and showed me . I wish I lived close enough to call him my dentist. Unfortunately, I just moved to a small town in TN and saw a NEW dentist,3 days before I left for my trip and they never saw it!!. Very disappointed in that person. He never did share my full x-rays with me . I highly reccomend Dr. Peters and staff very honest and communicated all through the process.

So I had a tooth pulled today by DR. Ohmar(so sorry if I spelled that wrong) And I can't thank her enough for how gentle she was. I was extremely nervous and anxious going in. She took really good care of me and had that tooth out so fast! I would highly recommend her if you need to make an appointment. Also want to give a shout out to Dr. Piper. He comes off as really genuine and caring. He talks to you like a person instead of just another patient which is very comforting. I look forward to continuing my business here with this staff as they are all amazing!

I went to this location after visiting the Hudson location to get a chipped tooth repair. The tech I saw was rude unfortunately. I had called when I scheduled to make sure they had my X-rays from the Hudson location. The receptionist confirmed they would take care of it. The tech was very short and told me she didn't know what I wanted her to do and talked to me as if it was my fault they didn't have my records. It seemed very rushed as I was one of the later day appointments. The dentist was nice enough but again rushed through it. My cavity and my chipped tooth were fixed in less than 10 minutes. Not surprising, a week later my chipped tooth that was fixed was broken again. I was seen again today and the tech and the female dentist I saw were so much better. They were both kind. And the repair took twice as long as the first one did and I felt cared for. Will definitely return if I can see that tech/dentist.

This place is amazing all the way around. Everyone from the Dentist (Dr. Piper), to the dental assistants, to the office staff is absolutely incredible! Highly recommend!

The doctors are great ! The staff are great ! They are definitely affordable. They stand by their work. My experience is that from the moment you're inside the atmosphere Inside is great. They have great the staff, very professional and friendly. The doctors have a lot of patience. when I'm there as a patient, I feel important to them as their patient. The doctors wanna make sure before You leave That you're happy with your dental work.The doctors Will take the time to explain to you about Your x-rays, also taking the time to explain to you procedure. You being happy is important to them. They make sure that you're comfortable, While you wait and they're pretty much on time With their schedule. A Shout out to, Dr Piper, he Does an awesome job!! I highly recommend Affordable dental to everyone. give them a try you won't regret it. Again they're all great!

I needed allot of work on my lower teeth. I decided to get a denture. Dentist visits are traumatic for me, and many other people. This was a very big decision that looking back I wish I had done more research before hand as my experience with Open and Affordable in the end would turn out to be very disappointing. The location in Firestone was brand new in a retail strip mall. The attending dental assistants were very friendly and comforting, the dentist was good but always attending to multiple patients at the same time. After several months of visits from December into February I found myself (and my wife) very disappointed with the end result. The end result is that I am wearing what was the "temporary" denture instead of the new "permanent" ill fitting version that looked and felt like I received someone else's. The net result was after many attempts to fix the permanent one, they relined the temporary and I was told by the dentist here use this, and keep the "permanent" one as a back up.?? I left and never returned, I can't go through all of that again. My suggestion, if you are in need of new dentures or a replacement, you might want to check out other dentists first. I did not.

5 stars. Every time. Lower cost of care but high quality of care. And the doctors care. Dr Omar is great. She treated my mom with exception care.

I had an incredible experience at this office! The entire staff, from the lovely receptionist to the caring dental assistants, made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. The assistant, Eleyna, was exceptionally thorough and professional. Dr. Piper made me feel very assured that I was in good hands and the way he carefully, and descriptively, went over my care plan reaffirmed that I had chosen the right office. I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone. Edit: Just had my second visit and this time I saw the hygienist, Amanda. I can now recommend this office with absolutely certainty to anyone who needs anything done. This is a great office who takes absolute care of their patients.

Hands down the best office around. Friendly, super kind and just an A+ experience all around. If you are anywhere within an hour of Dr. Piper. The drive will be worth it, You will not be disappointed in his practice here in Firestone.

It's like they picked a group of people & asked how they'd like to start a dental practice. They grinded my tooth to a little stub with the "temporary" filling still intact, leaving a fragment of bone left to get fixed & filled properly. Put on a temporary crown that left an awful taste in my mouth for 2days, They took 3 impressions then called me to say they needed to do it again. My gums have been burning since the visit, I guess they didn't put enough chemicals in my mouth the 1st time!?!?! The tooth is going to break off the second I bight something hard! Pick dentist & doctors with caution these dangerous monsters are left at large to continue practicing. I have a list of monsters reviewed that their attorneys had removed! I took my 15 year old in for a cleaning unfortunately we did not get to see the dentist we wanted. The dentist we did see ended up sending us out the door in a lot of pain gums bleeding immensely not listening to the patient. Telling us we needed things we did not need. When I called back the next day to complain I never got a call back from either Dentist in the office and did not get an apology. It doesn't look like this place cares very much about their patients and or definitely keeping them for future services. Unfortunately the patient ( my 15 year old )wouldn't step foot back in their office in order for them to even look at them again if I wanted her to. I would not recommend this place. Unfortunately for me the Dentist I was seeing in the beginning was pretty decent but since they don't want to take care of their issues and at the very least apologize they have now lost me.

Very friendly staff who obviously care about their patients. They have always gotten me in the chair even before my appt time. They are always willing to work you in the schedule if you have an emergency. Highly recommend them.

Went in to see Dr Piper as I had an open nerve in a tooth. I have "always" had a serious fear of dentists since I was a child with bad teeth. I told him this as soon as I sat down. Dr Piper was extremely understanding & talked me through everything he was doing including showing me how the special X-ray system did multiple types of scans. I ended up needing a root canal to fix the pain & the problem. He talked me through that also telling me everything he was doing. Even the injection was easier as they pre-numb the area with a topical first. His staff were all very friendly, outgoing & helpful with everything. I have already made an appointment for a cleaning & to check out the other problems I need help with. Cannot recommend this group to anyone- especially if you have a fear of dentistry as I do!!!

I was in so much pain and embarrassed about my situation they made me feel comfortable and we're very quick and very easy it was the easiest dental experience I've ever had. I have definitely found on my permanent dentist

I had a traumatic experience with a dentist in childhood that has created a major phobia of any dental work. It's so bad that I have to be sedated to get a simple teeth cleaning. I landed in Open and Affordable Dental in Firestone on a Saturday because of major pain in top back molar. I ended up needing a root canal and a crown. I explained my anxiety to the dentist and how paranoid I was regarding the work that needed to take place. He informed me that they didn't use gas and that if I wanted to take a medication he'd have to order it and see me back on Tuesday. Due to the pain I was in, I had no option but to have the work done without gas or medication. He explained that he would go slow, explain what was happening the whole time, and that if I needed a break all I needed to do was lift my hand. He put me at extreme ease. While the anxiety was there, he helped me manage it, and was constantly checking in during the root canal. For the first time in my life I made it through dental work without medication. The dentist was amazing. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of dental work, whether it's for an emergency or routine work. The ancillary benefit is that the cost was a quarter of what I expected it to be. I can't say enough good things about this office and their team of professionals. I will be a customer of theirs for life.
