Went in for an annual cleaning as a first time patient. Front desk receptionist and the dental hygienist was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend seeing Dr.Lan, she's very warm and detailed oriented. Will give you recommendations on many areas to maintain your dental health. I will continue to see Dr.Lan from now on!

Undoubtedly one of the best dental care experiences i've had. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team was outstanding. Dr Lan went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and anxiety free. She is very knowledgeable and informative. She takes time to explain what's going on every step of the way. I received a follow-up phone call from Dr. Lan to ensure that I was doing okay (and this was a Saturday). I've felt as though I've been cared for and treated like family. Thanks to Dr Lan and the entire team for a great visit

I went to mrs. Lan for some fillings. She installed 6 fillings and 4 fell out all together within 2 months. I lost 2 of her fillings on the same ochewing tooth that she filled. She was happy to fix the tooth after the first filling wa. lost, but when I lost another filling on the same tooth she was apprehensive to reinburse me for the second repair and only offered me a discount. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with her trying to aquire a refund and she only got frustrated and only offered a discount. A couple of months later I posted a negative review about my experience and one of the owners of the company who is a dentist called me the very next day and pleasantly offered to have all 3 fillings replaced free of charge. I met him at the original office and he repaired the lost fillings from Mrs. Lan and he did a fantastic job. However as I was lying in the chair with my eyes closed, I opened my eyes and mrs. Lan had swapped positions with the assistant. She had been assisting the dentist with his procedure on me when my eyes were closed, and I swore mrs. Lan would never see the inside of my mouth again. That was just awkward and uuncomfortable. After over 6 long months and alot of frustration, I finally got my teeth repaired properly so I wont complain too much, but its just so sad that it took my negative google review to finally recieve the dental work that I paid for and deserved. After I noticed that at least a couple of people had the same problem. with mrs.Lan and her fillings that I had, I would highly recommend that mrs.Lan revisit the vital part of her dental education regarding fillings. I found another dentist that I trust and theres no games or turning the other cheek. All I can say is Good Luck

Dr Lan and the rest of her staff is amazing! They were very friendly, did a great job on my cleaning and examination, and Dr Lan was very helpful in walking me through my treatment plan and options. Overall a great experience! I'm so glad I found this place.

Dr.Lan the best dentist I have ever seen. She was extremely nice and gental. Im very self conscious of my teeth but Dr.Lan was not judgemental at all. Sandie was also amazing she was very kind and helpful. I look forward to continuing my care here.

Wonderful dental office everyone is super nice and in a great mood. Dr. Lan is awesome she really cares for her patients and is supper personable. I will never go to another dentist again you made a Leifer. Thank you!! Broke my fear of Dentists. Would highly recommend!!!!!!

Dr Lan was absolutely incredible I am terrified of the dentist and this was my first time going to the dentist in 14 years and I have to have a lot of work done but she definitely helped calm my nerves I'm so glad that i went to open and affordable dentist. And they accept medicaid and a lot of other insurance too so thats awesome.
