My appointments was set without my knowing charged my insurance and didn't finish the work claiming missed appointment policy. They admitted an automated machine sets the appointments. Then was rude about providing a physical copy of policy. The work the provided was great up until the mishap.

I was taken back at my scheduled time, not late. I was treated excellent by assistant and my dentist ( Dr. Tatum) was patient and explained everything thoroughly to me. Would highly recommend this practice.

Going to the dentist is one of my phobias, the hygienist is always nice and tries the best that she can to ease my fear. I've been coming here for years, it's fast, with very little wait time.
