My sister in law Recommended me this place a while ago! It's hard to find a dentist here in town. And I had recently broken my wisdom tooth and needed it extracted ASAP! I remember my sis recommended OPAQUE to me and I called them Monday morning and put me in for a Thursday morning the same week! Told me I needed my tooth pulled out. I came in this morning at 9am and they numbed me up and pulled my tooth out. I was out before 10 am. That was the fastest service ever! Staff and Doctor are also friendly! I highly recommend them!

I had the worst imaginable toothache last night and I was calling several dentist offices to see who would be able to help me. They took me in for a SAME DAY APPOINTMENT! & let me tell you it wasn't only a consultation appointment, they address where my pain was coming from and did the work all within the hour of being there. My hat is off for Karmell Rafisolyman DDS and his team. I received the BEST customer service, they explained everything clearly. Smooth work. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend Opaque Dental Group to anyone new in town or looking for a change. Thank you Opaque Team!!

I have always been traumatized going to the dentist! Going to see Dr.Rafisolyman made me feel so comfortable as well as his staff!! They are very amazing !! Dr. Rafisolyman Explained every thing step by step!!! I recommend this office to anybody who would like to have dental work up!!!

If you have to get dental work done in Madera or anywhere near, go here. There's almost no wait time, the doctors are cool, calm, and easygoing. The staff is the best. A great group of professional, friendly people all around that make going to the dentist as painless as possible. Also, Pam's smile alone will make your day.

Every time I come in to the office they always make me feel right at home. It's almost like I am part of the family. The doctor is very knowledgeable, professional and takes good care of me and my teeth. He keeps my grill nice and flossy!

Staff was great. Lucy is my favorite. She's super fun and makes me laugh while i'm getting my ortho treatment. Dr. K is funny and nice too. I highly recommend this place.

No stars for me. The clinic has a wonderful service and has been so for years. This young lady Mayra worked at my old dentist on Yosemite. I am in awe on how this prestigious Dental clinic hired her. She was known to do a lot under the table for certain people with help of course , if paying cash make sure to double count . As she has taken advantage of the elderly. Iv personally had this happened when I took my grandmother, more then once. She is definitely friendly for a reason. Be aware. Karmell and Lovik this is unacceptable. I know this because I observed her while in the waiting area. I understand both English and Spanish. Esta clinic es excepcional, con anos de buena reputacion.Lo unico en lo que la clinica fallo es en darle empleo a una muchacha llamada Mayra. En mi clinica anterior que esta en Yosemite, ella trabajaba ahi. Siempre era amable pero porque le convenia. Hacia " favores " a personas. Y a las personas mayores les tomaba el dinero y les decia que les faltaba, o que nunca les dio el dinero. Eso le paso a mi abuelita, dos veces. Yo ya habiendo contado el dinero antes de pagar. Ya no llevare a mi familia a esta clinica. No lo recomiendo. Que desepcion a Dentista Karmell y Lovik.

I always have an amazing experience at this clinic. They have an amazing staff specially Mayra. She is a great person very friendly and always makes customers feel welcomed including myself. Mayra has helped me in many ways. For example the other day i called the clinic on a Saturday because my son was having a very bad tooth ache. Without hesitation she scheduled an appointment that same day even though my son was a new patient. She is always making sure patients receive an exceptional customer service and have a great experience the day of the visit.

I have been with this dentist so many years! I absolutely love them! They are amazing... love the dentist and his staff. They make you feel comfortable every single time. My kids are always excited to come to the dentist :) I recommend Opaque Dental to everyone.
