This is for billing and scheduling. I've had a terrible experience with the schedulers, they booked me to get a procedure without disclosing the full price of the operation and the crown. Then I get surprised with a 3D scanning x-ray that insurance doesn't cover and my crown is over $1300 which they didn't tell me. On top of that, they said I had to wait over a month and a half to even get the crown installed. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. I won't bother to be coming back. I'd rather find a way more professional dentistry office and staff.

I really appreciated how diverse and colorful the staff was at the Milpitas office. I really appreciated how calm, kind, courteous, and accommodating the staff at the Milpitas office is. Despite the fact that the office is quite far from me, and despite the fact that I didn't always understand what the dentist was saying (masks and what not), I still go out of my way to visit the Milpitas office. :) Thank you.

Location during pandemic is down in Milpitas, which is nowhere near as convenient as onsite at work of course. Excellent adherence to COVID safety protocols, with questionnaire, temp check, sanitizer and virus-killing mouthwash for patients and full PPE for the dentists. I felt very safe and it was nice to have a proper teeth clean after skipping my first appointment during lockdown. They also have some new gadgets, including a light scanner instead of bite molds to get an impression of your teeth if needed
