Staff is nice and friendly but they continually try and up sale you! Sell you fluoride treatments, deep cleans they want to put you to sleep for (the hygienist stated I did not need this and I had some of the best oral hygiene see's seen). So how can I trust them when the want to replace 5 fillings and give me 2 crowns, when they don't bother me. However the tooth that does bother me the dentist said she would look at it after the filling and crowns are done, that still doesn't sit well with me. It is extremely hard to contact them, I'll leave a message and most of the time they do not call back, the first and last time they called me back was within 2 hrs of my apt. I called the day before @ 14:20.

It's clear to me that this staff really cares about their patient experience and I myself had a great one. After some initial hesitancy and confusion on my part over a procedure that was recommended the staff really went out of their way to accommodate me and answer all of my questions. My hygienist was Lin and she was especially outstanding and really attentive to my needs as a patient. Overall the cleaning I received and the advice were among the best I've ever received! Very friendly staff and great service. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Lin!
