I was quoted thousands of dollars worth of fillings I "needed". I felt weird so I went to a different dentist in San Mateo who told me after doing his own X-rays that I had ZERO cavities. This place is a scam.

I am coming here for second time, driving long distance and they say me SORRY. Your appointment has been rescheduled. Nobody didn't call and didn't inform! It happens for second time. Maybe I am customer from insurance that is a reason. Very bad, unprofessional staff. Doctors are doing their work good, but I have very bad experience about this clinic, especially the lady sitting at the front desk . The lady who is sitting at reception showed herself as a person who doesn't know how to communicate with customer. She doesn't know what's happening, doesn't care and doesn't want to help. My advise to all, don't west your time at this place.

The staff was very professional and warm hearted. A good place to make into your regular dentist. The dentist herself was very focused and a clear communicator on the options available to you. I have decided to make them my regular dentist office.

Kept me waiting for a long time. Were pretty rough taking the xrays. When the doctor finally saw me, her attention was divided between me and a different patient. Won't be going back.

I had a deep cleaning from Allie .....I have an extreme paranoia with dental work. Allie was very patient, extremely patient, professional and competent. I would highly recommend this dental business. And, Coming from me is the ultimate compliment. Very very good

The doctor is very good and professional. Very personable. The only reason I deduct stars is they were 40 minutes late with no explanation or notice. To assume my time is not valuable is a terrible error. To not even tell me this as I sat in their open area obviously waiting, I find very disrespectful. I've been several times and each time I have had to wait but 40 minutes is just past my tolerance. Then they act like their being busy is a valid excuse. It's not.

The staff is very friendly and I had a pleasant experience. Going to the dentist isn't usually fun but we had a few good laughs and my teeth feel smooth and clean.

Doctor Ghasemi, is very gentle and kind. She explains and often asks how I am doing. I'm so lucky to of found her. Let me give a good word for the staff as well. All of them have made my anxiety and fear of dentists at ease. Thank you.

Dr. Sara is highly experience and knowledge. She knows exactly what to do and she is smart too. Inside the clinic was cold and it bother me during the visit.

The dentist and dental staff were very capable and I appreciated their professionalism. Still not sure if I will be returning due to the scheduling and organizational issues --- it sounds like they are working on it though so maybe your experience will be better than mine.
