I did not like the service in this clinic, from the reception to the doctor's services. The inexperienced assistants of the doctor could not successfully take the picture. I had to go through six attempts before they were able to take a picture of the tooth. The doctor was very careless. He tried to determine which of my teeth hurts and very hard and painfully pounded the instrument on my teeth. He also casually opened the gum with his instrument. Then blood gushed out. If he has personal problems, it is not necessary to shift them to the client. Olena.

I was referred to doctor Jafarnia by my dentist for a root canal which is never fun. I was surprised at how quickly the procedure went. Dr. Jafarnia is very nice and very informative as to what he is doing and what to expect. He uses state of the art dental equipment which I'm sure cuts down the time you spend in the chair. Each member of his staff greeted me with a kind smile and they went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. I will say I have had absolutely no pain or soreness after this root canal. Dr. Jafarnia knows what he is doing and I wouldn't want anyone else to do a root canal after the VIP like treatment I have received today. If you are searching for a knowledgeable and trustworthy endodontist with a great staff, look no further.

Dr. Jafarnia & his office staff truly exceeded my expectations. I was referred to Dr. Jafarnia for a root canal consultation by my regular dentist. I scheduled my initial consultation appointment for the end of May. Mother's Day weekend, my tooth began pulsating and throbbing; I knew I had to get in to see Dr. Jafarnia asap. Upon calling the office and stating I had begun to experience pain, the receptionist worked with me to schedule an emergency root canal the next day. I was impressed with her willingness to work with me and get me in asap. The day of, the office staff was super friendly as they got me x-rayed and set up. Dr. Jafarnia was serious and all business, but I felt at ease during the procedure, as he explained everything thoroughly and used some pretty cool state of the art technology. The procedure lasted roughly 45 minutes. I had an absolutely seamless experience here, and I would highly recommend Dr. Jafarnia for your root canal needs.

Off to a bad New Years in severe tooth pain, I was able to get in for treatment same day. The Doctor and staff were amazing and kind. I was able to get the root canal treatment done in one visit. I cannot thank them enough for helping me out. My pain went from 10 and reduced immediately following the procedure. Here's to hoping 2022 can only get better from here.

Had my wisdom teeth extraction here, I never had any kind of surgery in my life, I was kind of worry but everything went great, definitely 5 stars. I will try to keep an update with my teeth

Very bad service they do procedures without informing you of the cost and at the end of the consultation you are charged for too expensive service . should first let you know the price. I definitely don't recommend this dentist

Dr. Jafarnia, was a complete professional. I went in for a consult for a strange abscess near one of my teeth. He was well informed, very experienced and took the time to explain the situation going on in my tooth. After a quick evaluation, some of my symptoms did not match up with my presentation, or the 2D xray, he gave me a 3D xray to make sure he was consulting me correctly and accurately. He did not even charge me for the upgraded scan as he was clearly more keen on getting a good diagnosis rather than another fee. Really appreciate the time he spent and the consult was well worth the cost!

Couldn't be a less professional practice. Front desk told me in an email I should be covered at 100% for my consultation, then I get a bill in the mail for $81. The front desk hung up on my after I called and got angry about it. Check previous reviews too, this is not a one time thing. Go elsewhere as there are many other options out there than this place. They play word games to make sure they are covered instead of just being honest and forthright with their potential clients. DO NOT GO HERE

I think very highly of Dr. Ben Jafarnia. He's an exceptional doctor, highly skilled, very gentle, thorough, efficient and professional. His staff is welcoming and sweet. It's my second time I needed a specialist for a root canal and he's my go to doctor. Would return in a heart beat (despite my general fear of dentists lol). Doctor kept me very comfortable the entire time.thank you.

From the moment I walked into the office I was treated wonderfully! Dr. Jafarnia is by far my favorite dentist, very professional, very knowledgeable, able to have small talk with you so that you can relax and not fear the procedure. My regular dentist send me to him for a root canal. I have never had one before but he is very comforting. He has explained everything to me in great detail. The work went smoothly with absolutely no pain. Thank you Dr. Jafarnia and staff!! I would definitely recommend him for any root canal work you need done

This is my second root canal by Dr. Jafarnia. No complaints. Excellent work. Painless and quick. State of the art equipment. Great job.....and a nice guy!

I came in for a consult here. Dr. Jafarnia took his time to explain everything. Staff was beyond nice and accommodating. If my family needed root canal I would definitely sent them here. This is THE guy to go to.

If you're scared of dentists and the root canal treatment, you will quickly change your mind after you call this practice. The moment you call Woodfield Endodontics, there's always a friendly person to answer all your questions and help you get a convienient appointment. You are also able to take your time and fill out all of your paperwork online. It's worth mentioning that while waiting for my appointment, I also witnessed how one of the assistants helped the elderly complete their forms on a tablet. Staff is very compassionate and helpful. Dr Jafarnia is super nice! He explained the procedure to me in great detail. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. The procedure itself was painless, I was actually able to relax (!) in the chair. Dr Jafarnia uses state of the art eqiupment which I have never seen going to other dentists in the past. The office called me the next day to see how I was feeling- it felt great to know that there still are doctors who care about their patients! If you're in need of a root canal, do not hesitate and call Woodfield Endodontics and Dr Jafarnia!
