Excellent. Only been here 2 times but we have been overwhelming satisfied with the well run/organized office and the dental staff. Everyone is very patient working with children and very thorough in the care, and explanation of work being done.

We love this practice for our pediatric dentist. I bring my 9 year old and 3 year old every 6 months and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. The techs are great at what they do and speak to my 3 year old in a way he can comprehend. Dr. Varghese is warm and friendly as are all of the hygienists.

My children love Dr. Sharon Varghese and visiting her office. She clearly loves her job and interacts with children in a loving and sincere way. Her staff is warm, caring, thorough, and efficient. Recently we had to reschedule an appointment, and even though Dr. Sharon has a very busy schedule, the team was able to find us an opening within a week of the original appointment. As a mom, I appreciate that she gives me a fact based opinion in simple terms without confusing medical jargon. I would recommend her to any family. Keep up the great work Once Upon a Smile friends!

The staff here is amazing. They are knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. The Dr spends time to go over all of the treatment information, answers all questions and treats children with respect. The office staff is friendly, take their time to go over charges and are sure that you understand everything before you leave. I cannot tell you enough how amazing the team here is!

I recently took my 2 year old here for her 1st dental visit. I did a lot of research and even stopped by 4 different offices to see what the office looked like and questioned the front desk staff to see what they do to make the visit fun for their 1st time. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. We came in and the hygienist said my daughter had to wear a mask. I told her that she has never worn a mask before since she is only 2. It was awkward walking back to the room as she mentioned "we will have to talk about it later." So, I didn't understand what they meant. Then, we sit down in a room and she (the hygienist) talks to me for about 20 min or more about My daughter and her eating habits, History, etc. I know this is required to do. But, my 2 year old had nothing to do. She was extremely bored and she didn't try to engage with her . I thought at least she would have something for her to do or show her to make it fun! Nothing. There was only cartoons playing above which she was not interested in. With Covid, So much has been taken away I understand. But, you could at least have something in the room or even waiting room for children to engage with. Toys, iPad, coloring page, Etc. I mean a few toys that you could sanitize after. We finally get X-rays 30 min into the appointment. That is the 1st time they got my daughter's attention as they showed her their instruments and made her more a part of the appointment, more engaging, and made her laugh. At that point, I feel like it was too late. Doctor came in at end and it was approaching the hour mark. She was very nice and up beat and only spent a few minutes in the room. They had stickers on a roll and I had to ask her if my daughter could have a sticker and she gave us one. Then, she gave her a coin and said to go to the tower. We had no clue what the tower was. Doctor had run out of room and no one showed us where the tower was to get a prize. I had to ask someone to help us. Well it was at end of hallway. But, it would have been nice for someone to walk us out and show us what to do...Complete Our experience/visit full circle. With this being our first time in the office, 1st appointment, I would have expected someone to at least show us as we left The room. I read a lot of great reviews about this practice and I am sure others may have a great experience here. But, for small children or a 1st dental visit, like my daughter, I didn't feel Like it was a great experience. It was mediocre but could have been a lot better. I will not be coming back.

The Doctor Is great, but the Office employees are all unprofessional and they do not know how to handle simple scheduling. I used to take my 3 kids, and always had appointment issues. Worse Service by the Calendar organizer. We loved the Doctor, but due to continued stress with Office workers, had to change the Doctor. Too much Stress.

Great place. Very professional, caring and patient towards little ones. My 7 year old left the office excited, smiling and not scared at all.

Everyone in the office were greetable and polite. This was our first visit to the office Dr took her time to explain the treatment to be done for my son.

Awesome place to take your kid to.....especially if it is a first visit like it was with my little one. They were nice, great with him and quite entertaining. I thought my kid was going to throw a tantrum and Once Upon a Smile made it a pleasurable experience for him. Highly recommended!

Once Upon a Smile staff are always friendly, helpful, and fun. Going to the dentist is not scary for my kids. Dr. Varghese is great at what she does and always very upbeat and smiling. Great dental office!

Great service at this place. Both my kids (10 y/o and 5 y/o loved how they were treated for their cleanings and cavity fills. I was amazed at how well the dentist and her assistant work so well together and fast. They make sure to make your child feel calm for sure. Great dental office over all. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they love what they do! Will recommended them for sure!!!

Dr. Varghese and her team were amazing. My 3yo daughter had her first visit and they made her feel special, calm, and enjoy the experience! I am so glad she had a positive experience and am looking forward to bringing my other daughter.

Dr. Varghese & her asstistants Jan & Gabby are absolutely wonderful! The office is decorated beautiful to keep kids calm and happy. They're very thorough and kind. Their front desk staff is very helpful with scheduling and insurance! Cannnot recommend them enough. Your kids are in great hands here

Took both my kids (4 and 7) for their initial cleaning, and they both had an amazing experience. Everyone was so kind and explained to them everything that was going to happen which put my kids at ease. Then went back to have some major dental work done on my 7 yr old, which he was very nervous about. Dr. Sharon and her assistant were amazing and worked so well and fast together. Will definitely continue to bring my kids and recommend to friends and family.
