Worst place I have ever been to. NOT a emergency dentist. They refused us service because they couldn't verify our dental insurance coverage on a weekend DESPITE us having an over $500 credit on our account. NEVER AGAIN.

It's good to have quick service and truthful people in your corner, especially when you call them in pain or with worry/concern. Just moved to this location. First visit and I will be back! go check them out and don't let the urgent care logo frighten you with price, they are as fair as fair can be.

They did a great job. Very caring and professional. They took me in on very short notice and took care of my problem. I highly recommend them. Thank you DMD Kevin To for the care you gave me and to your assistant that helped through the process and to the receptionist that helped me with the paper work.

Went to On Call Dental for a second opinion after my sister recommended them. Dr. Bui was very thorough and explained his findings and referred me to an endodontist. Long story short, I returned to Dr Bui after seeing the endodontist to complete my treatment because he was very knowledgeable. Great experience and friendly staff. I will definitely be back!

I went for an emergency tooth extraction I was in pain. I called the on call dental and they give me an appointment within 40 min. Paperwork was minimal and charges very reasonable and upfront with insurance. Staff and dentist is the reason I am giving 5 stars they make sure I am comfortable and at every point they want to minimum the pain. Kevin the dentist was amazing he pulled out the tooth in 20 min and no pain. I would highly recommend this facility and dentist to my friends and family.

I had a molar that was fractured and broke in half , I emailed Dr. To's office and they called me in the am and got me in right away, Very gentle and concerning to my needs. Thank you Dr.To's and staff ! Lisa Pocic Schneider

I knew Dr. To was amazing when I first began working with him. I am absolutely sure Dr. To is the best now that I've become one of his patients! He and Dr. Bui are both second to none in skill, technique, and how they treat their patients. I confidently trust either doctor with my teeth and smile, since Dr. Bui did a complete exam for me, and Dr. To did my fillings! A little background: I am a hygienist and have been a hygienist for several years. I also have a tendency to develop decay because of genetic factors, since I brush and floss and do all I'm supposed to in order to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I'm also very difficult to numb and definitely have dental anxiety when I'm a patient. Dr. To is one of the few dentists who not only made sure I was comfortable emotionally for the duration of my time as a patient, but he also made sure I was profoundly numb and I never experienced one second of pain! It's rare for that to happen for me, which is why I experience such anxiety as a patient. Layla and Courtney were two of the best assistants ever, and they were extremely attentive to what I needed and both worked extremely well with the doctors. You can tell that Dr. To cares about his employees by the kind and professional way he interacts with his staff. That same care is extended to his patients, as evidenced by his checking in and making sure I was okay while he worked on my teeth. I usually worry about how my teeth will fit together after fillings, and I can verify that they fit together perfectly! Dr. To even corrected a natural tooth anatomy factor which contributed the reoccurence of decay. Treatment and prevention... all in the same visit!! So... without a doubt, if you're looking for a dentist who really cares about his people, On Call Dental Glendale is the best choice you could make! Because this dental office is the dental office other dental professionals choose to go to for their own care!

Dr To and the whole staff are amazing!! I had chipped 3 of my front teeth and was very upset and scared. Everyone was nice and calming. They were able to see me the same day and did a wonderful job. I am so grateful to the staff their for giving me my smile back.

Like a lot of peoples story I also couldn't get into my regular dentist office, I had broken my tooth today and it was painful and I needed it to be fixed.From start to finish the customer service was excellent the dentist was excellent Very thorough in explanations the hygienist was excellent also very thorough and explained my treatment plan and the front desk was excellent they also do regular routine dentistry I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely horrible. On a Friday morning, we called them and asked how long it would take to get me in because my mouth was in so much pain. They told me they could get me in the next day, which I thought was pretty fast. I got to the dentist and i waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes while I had a huge ice pack on my face and crying. Once I got in, the nurse did x-rays and after she told me that the doctor will come in and look at my mouth. Waited another 30 minutes in the chair in the worst pain i've ever been in. The doctor came in and picked at my teeth. It seemed like he had no idea what he was doing... he told me that it could maybe be this or maybe be that. All they did was give me medicine that I had to pick up from my pharmacy. I left the dentist with no information about my mouth. I thought they are professionals who should be able to figure out what's wrong with my mouth? Isn't that what an emergency dentist is for? I do not recommend this place at all.

Dr. To is my favorite dentist. I live in California but my daughter lives in Phoenix so I make sure to time my visits to get my teeth checked when I'm in town. I've gotten a root canal, crowns, and cleaning here and Dr. To is great. So is his team! I recommend him to everyone!
