Our Derry NH dentists, Dr. Michael Moskowitz and Dr. Craig Rothenberg were classmates in dental school. They trained together and knew they wanted to ultimately practice together. Craig moved to NH and was joined in practice two years later by Michael to start their career as Derry NH dentists. Michael had just exited his service in the US Navy. These Derry NH dentists have been growing the practice and taking continuing education together, working to create the finest dental practice in the Londonderry, Derry NH, and Windham NH area.
We are pleased to have Dr. Andrew Cheifetz as part of our dental team. Dr. Cheifetz is our pediatric dentist. Kids and parents alike love his patient, enthusiastic approach as a pediatric dentist. As a pediatric dentist, heis passionate about getting kids started right with dental hygiene and does his utmost to make coming to the pediatric dentist a fun, positive experience.

After graduating from Jacksonville University, Dr. Michael Moskowitz began his dental career at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University Dental School). Dr. Michael Moskowitz elected to further his education and serve our country serving as an officer for the US Navy for 3 years. While in the Navy Dr. Michael Moskowitz completed a year long Advanced Education in General Dentistry program while at Paris Island, SC. He then served as a Lieutenant, General Dentist aboard the USS John C. Stennis Aircraft Carrier. After his time in the Navy, he moved to NH to join his dental school Classmate Dr. Craig Rothenberg to practice General and Cosmetic Dentistry as a dentist near Londonderry.
Dr. Michael Moskowitz is active in the community and is on the board of the Boys and Girls Club in Derry since 2005. As a dentist near Londonderry he has been a member of the Granite State Study Club for over ten years. He believes in taking many hours of continuing education and is a member of the Spear Faculty Club at the esteemed Spear Education Center in Scottsdale, AZ.
Dr. Michael Moskowitz believes in the importance of continuing education in order to stay abreast of the current dental technology. Each year he and his staff attend many hours of continuing education courses that enhance the services he provides as a dentist near Londonderry.
After graduating from The University of Vermont, Dr. Craig Rothenberg began his dental career at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers University Dental School). While in dental School Dr. Craig Rothenberg was inducted into the Omega Omega Chapter of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Honor Society. After graduating from dental school Dr. Craig Rothenberg furthered his education and clinical skills by performing a year-long General Practice Residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. At the conclusion of the residency, Dr. Craig Rothenberg was recognized as Resident of the Year for the Medical Center.
Derry NH dentist, Dr. Craig Rothenberg, has been involved with the New Hampshire Dental Society and has been president of the Greater Salem Dental Society twice as well as serving as co-chair on the Committee on the New Dentist. Dr. Craig Rothenberg serves as a Consultant Member for the North East Regional Board of Dental Examiners. He has been active in the community through the Dentist with a Heart program and the Derry Village Rotary Club. Dr. Craig Rothenberg is passionate about continuing education and advancing his knowledge and clinical skills. To do this he spends hundreds of hours being involved with two Study Clubs and as a member of the Spear Faculty Club at the esteemed Spear Education Center in Scottsdale, AZ where he has been invited to mentor and teach at workshops.

They always find a way to fit me in with my crazy schedule. Both Dr. Craig and Dr. Mike have taken care of me in crisis as well as for routine care and always VERY well taken care of. The hygienists are great with education about best practice with oral care.

I had not been to Vanguard Dental in 10 years and when I returned, I had the pleasure of having Amanda as my dental hygienist! She was so welcoming and sweet. I could not be any happier with how my visit went. Very clean and sanitary.

I had the pleasure of being with Candice. She was AMAZING! Not only was she welcoming and kind, she was also extremely thoughtful. She kept checking in on me making sure I was comfortable and that she wasn't hurting my gums/teeth. Candice is a perfect fit for this job and I always request to see her because she's so amazing at her job. I highly recommend Vanguard dental for dental services and I highly recommend seeing Candice!!!

I highly recommend Vanguard Dental Group. I see Dr Craig Rothenberg along with Arlee and Nichole for fillings and regular hygiene visits. Everyone I see from the moment I walk through the door are so kind and caring. I have PTSD, so along with regular nervousness around dental and medical offices, I have also experienced panic attacks while in the dentist chair. Dr Craig, Arlee and Nichole have all been SO good with comforting me in those moments, as well as talking me through the procedures step by step so I can be prepared and prevent my anxiety from escalating to a panic attack. With their help I'm able to get through appointments without any sedation. I am so grateful for the quality of care and excellent bedside manner at Vanguard. I can't thank them enough!

Had to get my tooth extracted due to the immense pain I was in. Arlee and Dr Rothenberg were amazing and walked ne through the process with little discomfort. I was in and out in half and hour! I couldn't thank them enough!

I have severe anxiety going to the dentist this is the first dentist office to may me feel comfortable to want to come back even though I have a lot of work to be done I felt good leaving the office

Best dental office ever! I've worked with a just about every hygienist here, most recently Pam, and every single one has been just as wonderful as the doctors. Even the receptionists are so friendly! Do yourself a favor and switch.

Amazing dentistry! The staff (front desk, hygienist, doctors) were friendly and welcoming. The dentists are educated and know their stuff! My client, due to his medical conditions, had been denied service from 3 other dentists. Vanguard welcomed my client, worked with him, guardians, and staff to have a successful consult, and came up with a plan of action. Several days later, in about 10minutes the task was completed when no one thought the job could be done, except the team at vanguard! They are patient, honest, and respectful of the needs of the client they are treating.

The staff at Vanguard Dental are excellent...very patient and explain procedures to you especially if you have any anxiety.....Dr Mike very good dentist and I would recommend Vanguard to everyone...they are very good at what they do.....
