Absolutely unprofessional. The receptionist will blame everything on everyone else to hide her own mistakes. That's not fair to Dr K because he is a good doctor but the amount of unprofessionalism she presents really makes this office look bad.

I'd give dr K a good review if it weren't for his inconsistent and disorganized front desk staff. I have tried to schedule myself and my children appointments, but they eventually call me and tell me they need to cancel and reschedule us. Or they say "I'll call you back later today to schedule" and they never call back. I also work at a dental office and we never say that to a patient. I had my son scheduled and I called the day of the appointment to make sure they did not cancel it (since they have been so disorganized in the past). The front desk woman told me I called and canceled it myself.... I know for a fact I did not cancel. She could not provide the date that I "called". That's something we document in our software at my office to avoid confusion and false accusations. I looked at my call history to see if there was a misunderstanding and I made zero outgoing phone calls to this office since the day I called to schedule it and there's no reason I would cancel my appointment since I need this to enroll my son in school and I took off work for it. She forgot to put me on the schedule and in an effort to cover her mistake, she blamed me. On top of that this woman was extremely rude. I'll be going to my own office for services from now on, I just really liked Dr. K, but it's not worth the trouble.

Dr. K is truly amazing! My whole family sees him, including my two girls since they were toddlers. He is very gentle, professional and genuinely cares about his patients. My girls look forward to their visit with him every time. The front desk staff are also very welcoming and personable. Highly recommend.

I am a senior citizen. So I have seen a lot of dentists in my day. Dr.Onanuga is the very BEST of them all. He genuinely cares about his patients.But equally as important,Dr.Onanuga is meticulous about his work. He makes sure his dental work is always done perfectly. One can tell he takes pride in his work.He is very personable as he interacts with his patients.He is so patient about waiting until your mouth is numb enough so the patient is comfortable BEFORE he begins working. Of all the dentists I have ever seen,this dentist is the truly best. He has flexible hours so you can get in for emergency visits if needed. His staff is always pleasant. The place is spotless. I am so thankful I found this AMAZING dentist.

I absolutely LOVE this dentist office!! I drive from Middle River just to come to this dentist office. They are very attentive and professional. Their customer service is impeccable!! The dentist is extremely pleasant and personal. I love that he gives recommendations and takes time out to educate me about my oral care. He is very knowledgeable about dentistry. The office is always clean and organized. They also have great music playing :) When I come to my appointments, I don't feel like just another patient. I don't feel rushed. I don't feel cheated. They really take time out to accommodate my dental needs. It's really a beautiful experience every time!!

In all my life of visiting dentists, this is the best ever. He is excellent at his craft but his sincere respect & appreciation of his patients is what distinguishes him from the rest. He takes genuine interest in his patients and takes time to know them. In his care, you are not a mere number but a significant soul who matters and is considered intelligent & valuable. He reinforces this tone in his office & all the hygienists & support staff are equally friendly & respectful. If you wish to be in perfect hands, commit your care & that of your loved ones to Dr. Onanuga Kayode.

Excellent Dentist. Went to get a tooth extracted because i was in alot of pain, not only did i not wait long but the procedure was fast and did not hurt at all. The staff is friendly and I would recommend anybody to go to Dr. Kayode.

The customer service is horrible with front staff. The dentist is ok but seems more concerned on what he prefers no matter what your issues are with your own teeth. I had to go get w other opinions based off of his action of filling a cracked tooth when he should have never did it . He also filled too deep near the nerve but again he's forceful and not well off on putting the patient first . I also wanted to extract the tooth he did while he also approved of it . I needed a referral for my oral Surgeon and all of a sudden hI'm or his staff wouldn't send it ...the staff is a joke so please find somewhere else . I got everything done sine than and my mouth feels so much better

Very good doctor, however, one receptionist there cut me off when I was trying to reschedule an appointment. After being rude for the third time I simply told her nevermind because she was unprofessional so there was no need to reschedule an appointment. The other receptionist is really nice but the other one don't need to be there.
