Unprofessional. Only tells you how much it will be about two weeks before your appointment.

This location failed to retrieve my X-Rays from DentalWorks to complete my consultation. They offered to redo my X-Rays, after waiting 30-40 minutes. I've already paid for the X-Rays that Ive been billed by DentalWorks. The poor review is also due to the comments made nearby due to my refusal to redo the X-rays at that moment. Hopefully my next visit will go more smoothly.

I can't say enough good things about this location! The staff is great, the service is great, the rates are great, and everything was covid guarded. I had a tooth removed. I was very nervous, I had never been unconscious for a procedure before. The staff was kind. The atmosphere was peaceful. And the Dr answered all the questions I was too nervous to ask. I had a professional three person team on me, felt no pain, and everything was over before I knew what happened. It's been almost a week since, and everything is still peachy. So I thought I'd take the time, to write a review. And If the need arises again, OMS is the only dental surgeon I'll need.

I came in with a horribly infected wisdom tooth. It was complete agony. They got me in the office asap, took amazing care of me, the procedure was unbelievably fast, and I felt completely at ease the entire time. I would deffinetely recommend them to anyone.

Everything was great except the PRICE, but they are worth every penny!!! I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a child, now this is my place to go. I would have given five stars, but Ms. Natalie got a bit snappy at me and I really don't appreciate that. Overall, this is a great place and I will always recommend them! Thanks to Dr. McLeod and Team!

I had one bottom wisdom tooth removed yesterday and so far I'm really really happy with the quality of work! Dr. Shea and his staff did everything they could to make me comfortable every step of the way. I have hard to stick veins in my hand and Dr. Shea got the IV in in one stick! The entire procedure was less than 30 minutes and I was comfortably numb for hours post-op and have had minimal pain even once the numbing agent wore off and without taking much of the pain meds that I was prescribed! If you're nervous about a dental procedure please go to OMSNashville and see Dr. Shea and his team, they are amazing!!!

I want him to know how much I appreciate him.He really made me feel safe and well cared for.He is definitely outstanding! They got me in today on a moments notice. I needed a tooth extraction and was in terrible pain.I was sedated for the procedure due to all my pain & swelling .Thank you all! I highly recommend this place.

HORRIBLE!!!! After being referred by our orthodontist who is in the office right next door, it took over 2 months just to get an initial consultation, and our orthodontist told them via e-mail that this extraction needed to be done as quickly as possible. Once we finally got an appointment (after calling 6 times), we waited over an hour and a half just for the 5 minute very rushed consult. We still have not received the estimate after calling for it ourselves four times. We were told that an insurance specialist from this office would call us within 2-3 days. That NEVER happened. Now we have spent over 3 months trying to get an extraction and will NOT be going here to do this. According to our dental insurance, no office has called abt estimates for extractions. Very unprofessional and I am very disappointed! This office and their lack of following through has slowed up my son getting his braces off in the amount of time it would have originally taken. I do not recommend them at all.

I got my wisdom teeth removed at the Gallatin office by Dr. McLeod. He has the best bedside manner ever. He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable during the whole process. 5 days later I went for a checkup with him at the Goodlettsville office and once again he reassured me that everything was doing great. The nurses are extremely helpful and polite as well!

Had 4 wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Shea. I was very nervous about the procedure because I couldn't have an iv put in due to bad side effects. The assistant reassured me multiple times that I wouldn't feel anything and she was right! Dr. Shea explained I would just feel wiggling and pulling and that's all I felt. My left bottom wisdom tooth was the "problem child" and when I felt some pain Dr. Shea made sure to numb that area extra and it didn't hurt so much coming out (seeing as I could barely eat before the procedure in fear of aggravating the tooth more!) Dr. Shea has excellent bedside manner and was very relaxed during the procedure which helped me a lot. The assistant even put a wet towel on my forehead to calm me down. We made jokes with each other which made the procedure somewhat pleasant. My post op instructions were very clear and I knew what to expect during the first week and the whole thing was completed in under an hour! I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I know I'm in very good hands!
