Dr. Edwards is the GOAT! Felt like a Barbershop and my biggest challenge was staying still because I was laughing and suddenly my wisdom teeth were out! FIVE STARS.

I saw Dr. Ruth for my wisdom teeth removal -- he is very informative and expressive in his evaluations and was comforting to me from start to finish. He made him self personally available to me after the fact in the event that I needed to reach out with a question or concern. Everyone that works in this office is great.

I had scheduled an appointment for a simple wisdom tooth evaluation 3 weeks ago with Dr. Blank for today. Any appointment, any doctor would have worked for me as long as I could plan ahead....For my appointment I arrived 10 min earlier to fill out the paperwork. This was all they seemed to care about. While waiting I noticed one doctor arguing with the receptionists about the air-conditioning not working (there was literally no air at all in this whole place!). The staff seemed to be in a bad mood or overwhelmed. After one hour of waiting I asked when I would be able to see the doctor because I needed to go back to work. The only answer that I received was that "you cannot rush the doctor"...And I wasn't the only one patiently waiting for over one hour..No one was able to tell me an estimated time about my appointment. One of the receptionists then asked me if I want to reschedule. (For what? More hours of waiting and an angry doctor looking into my mouth?). I wanted all my paperwork back instead and told her that I will look for another oral surgeon. I don't know if this office had a bad day, but It is very inconsiderate of other peoples time and a lack of courtesy. Given the overall atmosphere and experience there, I wouldn't feel comfortable to have any oral surgery done at this place at all.

So I was a bit hesitant because of all the good reviews (too much of a good thing), but Dr. Ruth really did a fantastic job taking out my bottom wisdom teeth. He put me at ease and answered all of my questions before the surgery, and calmed me down when I called panicked that my stitches were coming out. I truly do recommend Dr. Ruth, particularly if it is the first time you are getting any kind of oral surgery.

The doctor was great and did a nice job. Unfortunately, the billing team was unhelpful, did not do what they agreed to do and ultimately cost me a lot of money.

Worst front desk employee I've ever encountered in my life. I watched her be seemingly rude to someone else before she got to me. She was impatient, and just overall not a nice human being. I can't understand why they would have someone like that working the Front desk as the first person patients see and interact with. Whoever hired this woman does not care about the feelings of patients and treating people with respect. This was my first and last time going here and I will also be sharing my experience to anyone who will listen. No one should be treated that way after oral surgery or at any time for that matter. It's absurd. The devil would have been kinder to me today than the woman at the front desk.

I highly recommend Dr. Zeidman, my oral surgery was seamless! Overall experience was wonderful. The office manager Eileen was amazing very professional. Beautiful clean office. Thank you for making it painless. Diana Rapp

I went for an extraction yesterday. I was in so much pain with an infected tooth. Dr. Blank assured me I wouldn't feel anything. He was right. Dr. Blank and his staff were so professional, caring and did a great job. I highly recommend this place. And trust me, I did my homework and searched before settling. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Yesterday, I was in so much pain and suffering. Today, I am smiling.

This was the rudest receptionist I have ever spoken with in my life. I am a physician and work with front desk staff and patients all the time. This woman made me feel helpless, unimportant and that my medical needs would not be addressed. I would never go to this location ever.
