I wish I found this place over 10 yrs ago when we unfortunately, lost our near and dear dentist to cancer. My family and I then had to try and find a new dentist and I didn't realize how hard that was in the DMV. We had been to over six other dentist's and they just didn't fit the bill. Too aggressive. Mouth was always sore after a cleaning. Careless attitude. Dirty office and instruments. Terrible staff with bad attitudes. But Omni Dental...NOT AT ALL! I LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE! Dr. E and most of his staff remind me of the dental office I loved and had been going to for over 20 years. Dr. E has such a warm and welcoming attitude every time I see him. He is very understanding, caring, patient, and always makes me feel comfortable. When I don't have Dr. E, the dental hygenist I've had have all been great as well! I did have two instances without any reason at all, where the front desk admin have been rude, and have a bad attitude like they didn't want to be there. But I don't let those bad apples spoil the bunch. They should find employment elsewhere if customer service isn't their forte. Luckily, I love Dr. E and his other employee's so I'm not going anywhere!

Have been using Omni Dental for quite a few years now. All of the staff and dentists are top notch and very professional. Dr.Biak is my doctor and I would highly recommend him.

My family has been going to this practice since 2008. The reason we have been going here is the professional and caring dentist- Dr Esfandiari. He is an excellent dentist who will take the time to explain the procedures to you and he is also very good with my children. I also like Dr. Vuong who is very nice and careful when he did a dental procedure with me. He answered all my questions and is very caring too. Thanks Dr E and Dr Vuong!

I arrived at my appointment about 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. I was taken into the office exactly at noon- the time of my appointment. The staff person greeted me and told me she would be assisting my dentist. After I was seated she asked the purpose of my visit. I told her it was recommended by Dr. Baik, my dentist. He arrived immediately and greeted. He checked and made a minor adjustment to my newly inserted crown. He also reminded me on how to care for it. The appointment was quick and painless.

Omni used to good, now idk. Dr.E is gone and it has fallen apart the wait time is horrible and it's not worth I'm happy I found another dentist.

My family and I have been going to this practice for more than 20 years now. My mother, brother, and two sisters have since followed us to OMNI. They are outstanding doctors (Drs. A, E and B), technicians, and office staffers. Ive never had a bad experience here. My daughters are grown now and live in VA and Baltimore and continue to see the same dentists at Omni, from their childhood. AWESOME!

I am a current patient. Submitted an appointment request 3 times in one month. No one called. If they don't have anything available for the next few months, they just leave you hanging and do not call you. I had to call them, which should not have been the case. The said the hygienist is booked for the next 5 months. No one called to tell me that. They just left me on the dark wondering, "Did I do something wrong?" "Am I no longer a patient?" I had to call them, which should not be the case.

I have been seeing Dr. E at Omni Dental for nearly 13 years and if I could rate with bonus and double points, I would! The front office staff are always professional, efficient, and courteous. The facilities are always pristine but having visited now during COVID I have seen an even higher level of cleanliness and caution. The dental hygienists are always personable and thorough but above all, I stay with Omni Dental for Dr. E. Dr. E is so knowledgeable and engaging...he never fails to put a patient at ease. If you are in need of a dentist, I highly recommend Omni Dental and Dr. E.

By reading the other reviews, I'm not alone. I had a tooth extracted and requested an authorization from my insurance company. I was told, it would take weeks for a response. They guarenteed me that my insurance was sufficient to cover the extraction. Two months later I received a bill for 600.00. My recommendation is to get an authorization first. #SCAMARTIST

My family and I really like this dental office. Their front office is friendly, polite, and professional despite being busy they make you feel important. Appointments are easy to make and they offer emergency services as well. They are honest in that if you don't need a filling they won't recommend it. If you do need fillings they will tell you and give you the price so you're not surprised. They are also thorough and make good recommendations. My cleanings and my fillings were all painless. During the pandemic, they took extra precautions to keep you save. I highly recommend them

I've been a patient here for over ten years and they are absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and professional, and the dentists are caring and very, very skilled. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Best dentists ever.
