I have uses Omni Dental for many years. Their staff is great....they are caring and warm. They and the dentist always explain what they are doing, so there are no surprises...they always give you the estimated cost and will answer any questions. I would recommend them highly. I go to their office on Highmeadow

The office was very clean it was very nice however the front desk staff especially Rose was very rude and very short. It seemed as if she was trying to use procedure to be ugly. Rose could have helped me and my son but chose to make it hard on us and turned a consultation into a two hour and a half appointment because I forgot paperwork that I still had available in my phone. Leanne immediately excepted the paperwork in my phone and move forward with the consultation. She was very nice and helpful. Rose has a bad attitude and doesn't have any empathy . When I told her I was disabled she snatched the paperwork out of my hand and showed no concern to what I said. Can't say I will ever go back

I had oral surgery to have ALL of my teeth taken out plus tori surgery at Omni dental. The staff were very curtious and helpful. The doctors and surgeon were awesome. They put me to sleep under conscious sedation and it was lights out except the last five minutes when the meds wore off. Even when I was awake for some of it (the worst part was the chiseling of my jaw bone under my tongue, the surgeon and nurses all kept me reassured through it. I don't remember a thing otherwise. I'd swear I'd been put all the way under general anastesia but I was conscious and able to breathe on my own. I remember nothing except the end five minutes of my surgery. The surgeon gave me two kinds of pain meds as well as prescription mouthwash and antibiotics. The overall visit was great. If I had any other surgery I'd go here again. It's even right up the road from where I live. Excellent experience.

For someone who is afraid of the dentist, everyone was so kind, gentle and patient with me. Very complete exam has given me confidence to receive future treatment. And again, so friendly.

Omni Dental had my daughter in an out in 40 minutes to have her wisdom teeth removed. Professional. Caring. Helpful. I am can't recommend them enough. Thank you!!!!

Was passing through Austin when an urgent dental matter arose. A friend recommended DDS Amsili's dental group and so I scheduled a visit. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the evaluation and the quality of the service. DDS Amsili took time to explain my options and the front office helped me sort through various financing options and answered my insurance related questions. All in all I would rate my experience... thus far... at 5 stars. Highly recommend this dental practice because they have dental specialists in house and time is saved when you consider the time and effort it takes to schedule additional appointments all over a town you are not familiar with. The dental X ray process was done with care and sensitivity to minimize me discomfort. ..so kudos to the X-ray tech as well. Sincerely, Ernst Adams Olivier.

This is from my personal experience and like any other business, it all depends on time and date when you visit the clinic. I didn't give Omni Dental 5 starts because honestly it's frustrating to wait 20 minutes to be seen by your dentist especially when you arrive 10 minutes early. I dislike the waiting room, there's usually a lot of people and I end up waiting a lot. However, I keep coming back for the people. The staff is always in credibly friendly and helpful, I particularly love Dr. Sama and his assistant. I have been seeing him for years and will continue to keep coming back for him! I think the front waiting area could use a remodel and it would be perfect! The staff is honestly worth it in my opinion!

Absolutely awful! I work in the dental world and the office manager is completely unprofessional. I called in the morning, waited for multiple hours for a response, then called back and was put on hold for over 30 minutes to try and speak to someone. Obviously they don't care about delivering your records once you leave and are no longer paying. Unbelievable.

One Visit Too Many New to Austin. Omni is in our insurance network and a startup patient visit was easy to schedule. I needed to get cleaning appointment and spouse, advice on tooth discomfort. Entering reception, things started downhill: clutter of paperwork and distant staff, poor communications (X-rays never shown to us), and legalese of $3000 proposed "treatment plan" were not comforting impressions. One hour later we left another dental clinic where we sought a second opinion: "Your pharmacy has toothpaste for sensitive teeth and gums which should be all you need." Friends, be smart, be alert!

Dr. Marc Amsili was so detailed and took care of 2 crown replacements the same day. They even worked through lunch to take care of me. He is a true Texas Longhorn fan and it's fun to talk college sports with him.

We were referred to this place by our insurance. Our general Dentist office called and explain my daughter needed a root canal. I call to make the appointment for a root canal, the day of the appointment I called and confirmed it was for a root canal, told them I had the email with our general Dentist referral, our printer isn't working so I couldn't print it. They told me it wasn't a problem as long as the email had the dentist info they would take it. We got there at 1:40 (our appointment was at 2:15) we completed the paperwork and they gave me such a hard time about the email referral saying they couldn't accept it. They had me email that to their email and "hopefully we will get it". The dentist was 25 mins late, told us she needed it a root canal and he could do it that day but it he would need to wait an hour and a half bc he was behind. I told him I thought the appointment at 2:15 I made was for him to work on my daughter's tooth. We ended up waiting since it need it to be done and it was a 40 min drive but I was incredibly annoyed by how everything was handled, specially bc we had to wait forever to get her service done, we arrive early to give time for paperwork and respect our appointment time but it just feels like they were very unorganized.

The staff was so upbeat and friendly, was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time, and with covid going on. We all need a pick me up. And to boot, who likes to go see a dentist (no one I know) but the staff here made it fun. And the dentist and Christine his assistant were top notch. Alma who checked me in when I sat in the chair with the lights, and that's when the nerves start going and she made me feel so at ease. This omni dental is off wm cannon drive. This location is Top Notch. Would recommend this hands down to any and everyone. I'm also going back to give them my farm raised eggs as I was so impressed.

Nice staff and Dr. Amsili was nice. I appreciated him telling me about what needs to be done for my teeth since Invisalign isn't giving me the results I want.
