I have been seeing Doctor Poles since 2008. I came to him to get all my teeth removed and dentures. He told me to save my teeth and here I am. Still smiling with my teeth. He helped me so many times. When I fell down the stairs he was there to help too. I love his spirit. He is kind, friendly, caring, honest, and a real professional. I miss him so much since I moved to Alabama. I have had such an amazing experience with OMNI Dental! I originally went in last year to get my teeth fixed up for my upcoming wedding. Dr. Poles filled in some chips in my front teeth and they look flawless! I knew I wanted to get braces put back on because they had shifted a lot since my braces in middle school and they bothered me alot in photos. They put braces on me and I recently got them taken off. I could not be happier with the results! I enjoyed every visit to OMNI. It is incredibly clean, and the staff is very nice and seem very happy. Laila at the front desk was great to work too. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family in the area!

Let me tell you about Mr. Poles and his colleagues at Omni Dental, nothing more shorter than AMAZING! I've been Dr. Poles patient for some time but I went missing for a while. Due to my absence I was unaware that he was no longer at 1st Dental in Aurora. When I called to schedule an appointment, NO information was provided for his new location. NO BIGGIE! It wasn't hard to find him. I used good old Google and BOOM! there he was; needless to say I travel 53 minutes from Aurora to get to him. Dr. Poles is so personal, welcoming and straightforward at least with me, lol...I LOVE IT. He knows my character and my personality therefore he makes sure I am taking care of by the staff (no favoritism, just making sure I'm always satisfied with treatment). This goes to say his ORTHO, Dr. Shakro (LOVE HIM). My 1st Visit with Dr. Sharko, Dr.Poles came to the office on his off day to properly introduce us. With my initial visit Dr. Poles took the time to make sure that I was comfortable, what Dr. you know does that? I can tell you this DR. SHARKO like Dr. Poles is very welcoming and personal; he too make sure that I am satisfied. Lalia is more than a RECEPTIONIST , she is the BOOM! She is well depended on and she get things done. I LOVE EVERYTHING about his whole team. No matter where you are IF your looking for AN AMAZING TEAM this is the place.

I'm very happy I found Dr. Bilus who was recommended through a family friend. Dr. Bilus does a lot to ease the anxiety of visiting the dentist with his calm and friendly demeanor and very friendly staff. He constantly would ask if I was comfortable and if I was feeling any pain which I felt absolutely none. Thank you Dr. Bilus and everyone at Omni dental.

They recommended to extract infected tooth. I did not follow. After 6 months I went to a different doctor who told me that infection has healed and is no longer there. Tooth saved. Besides they lack customer service skills. Dr. should never raise his voice on a patient. Dental assistant had an attitude too. I won't recommend this place ever.
