I met my husband Mike in dental school, and we have been married for almost 17 years. We have four children and one fur baby. After 12 years of private practice in California, we decided to move across the country for the amazing school systems and educational opportunities that exist in the Northeast. Had my first visit with them at 2:30pm for 2 of my girls. They texted me a half hour before my appointment to change it to 3:30, I was already on my way so I called them. The lady on the phone asked what office, I told them Waterbury and she said that I was still on the schedule for 2:30 to proceed to the office. I get to the office about 15 min early like normal doctors appointments and both doors are locked. A man comes out and says oh you have a 2:30 appointment just give us 10 minutes ok, we are finishing up a session. I had all 4 of my kids with me. I sat down on the sidewalk for 25 min, and no one came out or opened the door. At 2:40 I knocked. No one came so I called. She then proceeds to tell me the doctor will only be there at 3:30 because she had an emergency. Then the man comes back out, and tells me if I want to come back at 3:30pm if the emergency was true, why did the First Lady I spoke to tell me to proceed to the office? And why did the guy come out the first time and tell me their sessions were about to end to give them 10 minutes? Very unprofessional and bad customer service. They left me outside like it was nothing, no truthful explanation. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this facility. Spend your money where you are valued and not lied to.
