Absolutely love the staff. Dr. Anderson has worked with my family for many different oral surgery's & procedures. Everyone at the facility is super friendly and helpful. They are also every thorough will information and what you should expect for procedures.

Dr Anderson an his staff are the best. I have multiple complicating medical issues. Ie fybromyagkia an CRPS. He always takes care of me. The nursing staff are kind caring an supportive an the receptionist desk is helpful an caring as well. Thanks for caring for me one more time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

great experience from start to finish this facility is staffed with true professionals. Dr Anderson has a great attitude and understanding nature and his nurse is fantastic. They explain and execute with great efficiency .

I couldn't be happier with the care & service I got here. I was a little freaked out about having a molar pulled & Christy was so sweet & held my hand! Dr. Junck was so kind, caring & efficient! Sara in the front office is a sweetheart! 5 days later it still hurt quite a bit & I was kind of freaked out I might have a dry socket. I called, Sara got me in that afternoon, Christy & Dr. Junck both assured me I didn't & put some dissolvable gauze in there & I got immediate relief!!! I totally recommend this office!!

I went in earlier this week for a consultation for a wisdom tooth that was giving me a lot of pain. Right away I knew I wanted to get all 4 removed just to get it over with and not once did I feel pressured by Dr.Junck to make me feel that I should go that route. Everyone from the receptionists, Dr. Junck, and his assistants were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I will recommend them to anyone!

Doctors treat me well and the staff as well. They make time for my emergency tooth extractions. Which I truly appreciate. Ask questions and they will give me their time to answer.

My actual wisdom teeth removal surgery and experience with both Drs Anderson and Junck were very good, I highly recommend them! The rest of the staff, however, were rude, didn't communicate with me, and didn't take my pain and concerns seriously. They didn't inform me about the risk of dry sockets or the potential recovery time (they said 4 days, which was BS), then they treated me for dry sockets on day 5 WITHOUT TELLING ME; they just put medicine in my gums and I left in tears because the pain was so severe. I called on day 10 and explained my continued pain while irrigating my gums, and the receptionist told me "You're probably not doing it right." How tf am I incorrectly putting water in my mouth!? I went in and Dr. Junck then explained my pain (amazingly not my fault!) and treated it, then two days later on day 12 they told me they couldn't treat my pain anymore because I was "over the hump". I had dry sockets for 21 straight days, and I went the last 9 of those days without any relief because they wouldn't help me. They never called to see how I was doing. I wasn't able to go without pain medicine until day 24. I was not given information I asked for, I was not spoken to politely or respectfully, I was not informed about how long recovery could be, and my pain was not taken seriously. It sucks that the staff was so awful and the doctors were so great.

Dr. Anderson has taken me in on emergency and also my daughter due to difficult issues with severe pain. So if you end up waiting a little longer be glad it's not you that had the emergency and be kind

Very dissatisfied with the communication from the staff. Would have been helpful if they had just told me when I asked to have Advil and gauze ready after my sons surgery. Instead, they kept telling me how everything was going to be fine, and I had to rush to the store with my son in pain and bleeding profusely.

Finally bit the bullet and had my wisdom teeth out. Dr Junck was great. I think I was in and out in under 20 mins. Rest assured that the procedure isn't near as bad as you think it is. All around great staff who will lighten the mood for nervous person.
