Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Farnsworth attended Arizona State University where he studied philosophy, Spanish and biological sciences. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and was accepted to dental school at the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. In dental school, he received many awards, including the Pierre Fauchard Academy Award for Academic Achievements in Dentistry and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Society membership. He graduated from dental school with the highest distinction and was accepted to continue at Baylor for his orthodontic residency where he performed cutting-edge research, received his M.S. in Oral Biology and his orthodontic certificate. His research has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dento-Facial Orthopedics.
Dr. Farnsworth enjoys the art and science of creating beautiful smiles. He stays current with the latest research and technology in orthodontics and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Justin Sorensen was raised in south eastern Arizona. Following high school, he served for two years as a missionary in West Virginia. After returning home, he worked as an electrician while pursuing his interests in art and architecture at Eastern Arizona College. He became fascinated with the art and science of orthodontics while receiving orthodontic treatment for the first time at age twenty-four.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a bachelors degree in applied biology. Dr. Sorensen received his dental training at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. In dental school, he received many awards and scholarships for his academic performance, service contributions, and outstanding patient management. He graduated from dental school at the top of his class and was inducted into the national dental honor society. He was then accepted to Saint Louis University, where he completed his specialty training. SLU is known as one of the finest orthodontic residency programs in the nation.
Dr. Sorensen cares deeply for his patients and their families. He enjoys getting to know each and every patient, and creating personal, lasting relationships. He seeks to be an empathetic and active listener and is a firm believer in treating his patients and team like family. He is passionate about creating beautiful smiles; you will notice that he has an incredible eye for detail and a natural artistic ability to take your smile to the next level. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and remains a learner of orthodontics and personal improvement.
Outside of the office, Dr. Sorensen loves spending time with his wife, Aubry, and two children. His son, Stockton, was diagnosed with non-verbal autism at a young age, which has made him more aware and sensitive to the needs and struggles of others. He enjoys the outdoors, sports, good bbq, music, and a nice pair of socks.

The transition between Dr. Reese to Dr. Farnsworth was seemless. I was skeptical at first going to a new doctor. But the staff assured that nothing would be different. The staff definitely makes the care top tier, and also the New addition to Dr. Jae. Definitely looking forward to the last few legs of my treatment!! Also if you haven't been or looking to get braces check out their office now during Halloween! It's wall to wall of decorations it definitely took some hard work and time to make it the Hogwarts experience! They're truly the best of the best. -Stanley

My family and I had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Farnsworth office! Cacy is always sure to give us a warm welcome once we enter the building. Melinda is absolutely amazing at what she does. She was very thorough when explaining my daughters treatment plan and going over finances. Heather and Haley made my daughters transition to braces as easy and fun as possible! I highly recommend this office to anyone.

LOVE this company and its people! Lines of communication are always open regarding appts, services & treatment plan. Flexible scheduling and payment arrangements. Haley and Heather have worked with all 3 of my kids and I trust them & Dr. Farnsworth. My husband and I both have undergone care here and my oldest just got brackets placed today. I can't say enough about how much they put into the care and comforting of their patients! We love every member of the staff and appreciate how hard they work to meet each need. Truly the best!
