I promise those 5 star reviews they have, got to befake!!! This is the worst dentist office ever!! it stanks, its dirty and they don't care about getting better. It's so much more I hate this place it need to be shut down. It doesn't even deserve 1 star

Haven't even made it inside for the appt yet. It's been over an hour since the scheduled appt time. If you ask the receptionist about it, you will get an attitude.

How is it that I've been waiting 1-2 months to finally get a root canal, and my appointment is cancelled? Especially after I've been told how severe it is (after being X-Rayed). This Doesn't make any sense. What kind of dentistry is this exactly? And when I explained this to the woman that called me to tell me it was canceled, she had no regard for it, and nothing to say! I'm so utterly upset and disgusted

One star is, too many. My appointment to fix a crown they put in, that has fallen out twice, has been rescheduled twice within 3 months, only to be cancelled and told his office has moved out of town, with no local referrals. This place is terrible, stay away.

The absolute worst experience I have ever ever had. So unprofessional and rude. Disrespectful to me and my partner when trying to comfort our kids and I'm infuriated we dealt with it.

The adults there act like kids and respond like kids. The office never have hand sanitizer in bottles. There attitude is terrible and the receptionist is the worst ever I'm surprised she still working there with all the bad reviews I read about her. I personally think she needs training mainly on how a receptionist attitude should be. Both doctors mr. Lewis and the other doctor there the kids complained about there hygiene and there hands being a bad stank smell every time they go to there office.

The only reason I gave it one star is because it wouldn't let me review with 0!!!! The absolute worst dentist office besides Taylor dentistry off of Evangeline Thruway. The receptionist was the most rudest nastiest person while I was trying to schedule an appointment and she hung up on me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she Rudely told me there busy!! Without medical patients you don't have a business!!!!!!! Would never ever recommend!!!! There horrible

I had an appointment scheduled for two weeks for extractions. They canceled the appointment due to not being able to confirm but they never called my office. They wanted to see if the doctor could still see me. It is a no go because unprofessional in customer service will be worse in professional care.

Dr. Anderson may be one of the best Doctors in All of Louisiana. I definitely recommend him to anyone that needs urgent care due to tooth problems. He's amazing and a great leader to his staff. He gets the job done.
