Avoid! They broke three teeth and didn't bother to tell me. My poor kids teeth just fell out in pieces. The fillings they did were so bad they cost me hundreds to replace at another dentist.

I had a bunch of cavities that needed done and one that needed a root canal and insurance wouldn't cover it so they drilled it and filled it which cause major pain and the tooth didn't bother me to begin with. The guy that did all the drilling held my cheek so hard that I left with a bruise on the side of my face. I have multiple teeth bonded together and cannot fit floss between them from a lady that did the fillings after the doctor drilled them. 2 of the cavities I had filled fell out within weeks. I'm having problems again and they are the only place that accepts my insurance but I had such a bad experience the first time I don't want to go back. My fiance just recently went and his filling fell out that night and his front tooth popped off after not even a month of having it.

I went here and they put fluoride vanished on my teeth as they were drilling it into my teeth they drilled my gums my gums were bleeding they're very painful. One time I went here to get my cavities drilled. they drilled the front of my teeth and now I have a crater in the front of two of my teeth. This place is very unprofessional. the staff are unprofessional. they're on their phones a lot. this place should be closed. I don't understand why this place is still open. very inappropriate.

If I could give this Dental office no stars I would! Do not waste your time here! So many people come here just to end up with some type of infection! They do not I repeat do not do correct cleanings! They will not give you a vest when taking X-rays! They will not go over treatment (care plan) with you! They will treat your teeth S a 5min oil change! Eager to take out old fillings just to make money on putting in new ones! Than those fillings will not be don't correctly and you will have multiple visits! I should of ran whe I saw some of the old equipment! Save your time save your teeth stay away!

Went in for a couple fillings on the left side of my mouth and was only numb on the top of my mouth and the doctor drilled the top and bottom out for fillings and here we r almost 4 months later and I still have pain and unable to chew on the entire left side of my mouth

Called multiple times to speak to someone to make an appt. After not getting thru, and leaving 4 separate messages in 2 weeks. Never got a call back. And when I did reach the receptionist I was put on hold INDEFINITELY (3 separate times). Trash employees for sure!!! Poor business ethic all around! These doctors should really step up and fire the office people!

I brought my Mother to have her upper denture repaired. It has now been over a month and she is still waiting for her teeth. This business never answers or returns phone calls. I had 2 choices for her dental care and sadly I chose the wrong one. I had to choose one star but wish there was a zero star. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

This place is horrible. I walked out 20 minutes after our appointment time due to the unprofessionalism. It was embarrassing. Someone said they don't let parents go back with the kids but I didn't even get that far to tell them that's not an option for our family. This is a gross place & nothing looks sanitary. I could see down the hall when the door opened & there was a sea of people & supplies all over. A 12 year old told me they can't understand a word they say & they have to ask them to repeat everything they say at least twice. Seems pretty safe to send your kids back there alone then, right? They set up a plan for an orthodontist appointment to put on braces on a child there immediately after cavities are filled. And filling them cavities as fast as possible? That's comical. Seems like they are out for dollars & nothing more. It needs a health department check in I think.

Terrible place had braces and got three pairs of retainers never fit right and my teeth are moving and they don't want to give me a refund when they were the ones who couldn't get fitting retainers when i payed Them to its a joke take your business elsewhere

This place is completely unprofessional. They overbook to the point that patients wait for hours even though they have an appointment. I have taken my daughter there for a few years because I did like the woman that worked on her and how good she was with kids but today was the straw that broke the camel's back. One patient told me he had already been there two hours. I had the front desk let me talk to the owner and he told me he did intentionally overbook and would not apologize and then tried to tell me all offices do that. I stopped him and said that is not true so let's not lie to each other. Many of the patients are low income medicaid patients, many don't speak English and this office owned by a Hispanic takes advantage of the poor people that come to them. I told him all the people are insulted and he attempted to prove me wrong by going into the waiting room and asking all those in attendance in Spanish if they were insulted thinking they would say no but guess what..one woman with all her kids said she was angry. I hope to find another office for my daughter that will take care of. her without taking advantage of people.
