Mina Davar, DDS, is a general and cosmetic dentist at Omega Dental Group, serving the San Fernando Valley area in Canoga Park, California. She brings extensive education and experience to the care of her patients and is committed to providing the latest treatments available.
Dr. Davar received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Tehran Azad University, School of Dentistry in Iran, where she practiced dentistry for four years. She completed a prosthodontics preceptorship program at the University of Los Angeles, California. During her time at UCLA, she authored multiple publications in periodontal disease and peri-implantitis.
Dr. Davar earned her second DDS degree from UCLA school of dentistry in 2019. She takes pride in providing high-quality, minimally invasive, biomimetic-oriented, and highly esthetic dental treatment. She dedicates the time to understand the patients desires and concerns to develop the best treatment plan for each patient.
Disease prevention and early treatment of problems is the best recipe for long-term oral health. Dr. Davar is a firm believer that healthy, attractive smiles can significantly impact her patients lives. Her goal is to provide her patients with affordable, quality-oriented esthetic dental care. Dr. Davar maintains current memberships in multiple dental societies and continues to advance her degree and expertise with continuing education. She treats patients with customized and ethical treatment that is performed with excellence, precision, and appropriateness. Whenever she is not cultivating her passion for dentistry, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, cooking, skiing, and listening to music.
Dr. Rassibi graduated from Boston School of Dental Medicine in 2002 and came back home to work as a dental associate. Cosmetic Dentistry is his passion. With a strong vision and passion for the high-quality dentistry that he wanted to provide and the high standards of service he wanted to achieve, Dr. Rassibi set about making improvements to his practice, the technology, and his own professional development and the training and development of the team.
Dr. Rassibi is always striving for excellence and determined to offer his patients the best options for their dental health. Dr. Rassibi is diligent and meticulous in his treatment of patients, the running of Omega Dental Group, and his continued professional development.
Dr. Rassibi completed a certificate in dental implantology and has been placing dental implants since 2006. He is a member of the Association of Dental Implants and International Team of Implantology, attending regular study clubs and events. Dr. Rassibi has a strong interest in treating nervous patients and has been providing sedation when needed. He enjoys the sense of achievement that both he and the patients feel when they are able to receive dental treatment that they would otherwise avoid.
Since 2007 Dr. Rassibi has had a special interest in providing cosmetic orthodontic treatments, particularly for adult patients. He is a certified provider of Invisalign , he has completed both basic and advanced training in Six Month Smiles he is also an Inman Aligner registered provider.

Dr. Rassibi and Dr. Mina really know dentistry. They clearly explain what needs to be done. They're compassionate, reassuring and thorough. This dental group, staff included, is terrific.

I had my ortho here and I am very happy with the treatment and the service that I was provided with. My teeth look great and never had a bigger smile then before. Thank you Dr. Rassibi and the staff for helping me get the smile I wanted!!

I wish I could put more than 5 stars doctors Mina and Vasilis and the dental assistance Julie and Nora are the best in what they do i love them all i am so happy that i come here my son aswell they treat my son and I with so much care it really touches my heart I appreciate all of them and they are really clean I highly recommend omega dental group wouldn't change it at all!!!!

I called saying I had pain in one of my teeth. I was given an appointment pretty quick and they took good care of me. They explained the process and fees. From beginning to end I felt that I knew the plan and nothing was a surprise. Unlike some other places where they just tell me what I have without where to start. This became my new dental office to go to and I have recommended this place to my friends and family.

Went in on 5/7/2018 to have a chip in my tooth looked at... Nothing more... Next thing I know im getting a full check up and get a list showing i have cavities(even though I have no pain in any teeth), he says I also need a deep cleaning, and wants to pull my wisdom teeth, and the fillings... Over 1000 dollars... Im on permanent disability... My insurance covers cleanings, extractions, fillings,etc. I feel like they tried to scam me. Will be reporting them tomorrow. Will never come back. That was just insane.

My son was a patient for over a year and we changed dentists because he was dismissed every time we had concerns. They always took Xrays and did a regular cleaning but never cared enough to check for cavities and/or mention if any work was needed. If all you need is a place to go where they put fluoride varnish on your teeth and schedule you for a follow up then this is this place.

I called to Make an appointment, I have A tooth emergency 2 days ago and still haven't got a response I called today again and no answer answering machine this place never answer their phone I'm changing my dentist

I highly recommend this office, they are very friendly and professional, the doctors explained everything to me in detail, he shows you what you actually need, provided me with painless injection and did my dental fillings on the first day. Our office accepts many types of insurance form HMO , PPO , and Denti-cal, this can be a combination of over 1000 plans , we do not provide cookie cutter type of dental service or work on menus like restaurant, every patient is unique and every insurance plan is different. if you are not assigned to our office, we can't refer you. not all insurance plan covers 100% percent of your dental work, get second opinion and compare offices. before posting nonsense reviews.
