OlympicOlympic Orthodontic Laboratory, Inc. is locally owned and operated and has been in business since 1983. Olympics expansive knowledge of the orthodontic field, variety of products, services, a qualified and dependable team of technicians, and our commitment to customer service are just a few of the reasons why many doctors prefer Olympic Orthodontic Laboratory.

We are a full service orthodontic laboratory and can fabricate almost any appliance your practice may need. We provide an extensive selection of retainers, aligners, functionals, fixed appliances, night guards, sports guards, expansion and distalizing appliances, and auxiliaries.

Study models can be printed and completed to any stage you prefer and trimmed to your specifications. All appliances can be fabricated in a variety of colors, patterns and special order designs. We have one hundred and forty-one colors and patterns. In addition, patients can create a custom design and individualize their appliance.

Olympic Orthodontic Laboratorys core team of technicians have over thirty years of experience in the orthodontic field. Our long term, qualified staff offers the stability, knowledge, and certified training not found in many smaller labs. Our expertise has been sought after by the University of Washington, where Olympic instructed graduate students in retainer construction for nearly a decade. Olympics skill and ingenuity has been recognized by Seattle Childrens Hospital through our collaboration on research and development of specialized products and appliances for use by Childrens Hospital.

The development and incorporation of digital technology in the field of orthodontics has brought about new diagnostic and treatment methods that are more efficient and effective. Digital orthodontics streamlines workflow by reducing chair-time, improves patient satisfaction and comfort, and vastly increases the accuracy and fit of appliances, while reducing costs. With 3D imaging, orthodontists can scan their patients mouth with an intra-oral scanner, eliminating the need for traditional impressions. With this scan, Olympic can print a digital model from which we can make virtually any appliances off of.

Just think, that retainer can be picked up on Monday and back on Thursday. If youre not located in our delivery area, we will provide prepaid mailing labels and appliances will be returned to your office by UPS.

We specialize in creating orthodontic appliances for doctors, universities, hospitals and clinics. Our technicians work on modern and state-of-the-art equipment, such as laser welders and 3D printers.

My dental practice has had issues with getting appliances that don't fit. When requesting a new fabrication for orthodontic appliances they refused to work with our office to correct appliance and they were rude and unprofessional to our extremely friendly staff and dentist.

I have been working with Olympic Orthodontic Lab for a few years now. Our orthodontic practice works on very complicated TMJ, sleep apnea and orthodontic cases, some travelling from out of town with the same day delivery needs. Mostly, have very demanding orthodontic needs, requiring complex appliances. No other lab has been able to satisfy our laboratory needs as much as OOL has been. The quality of their workmanship is unparalleled! They put their heart in the service and quality of workmanship they provide. Here and there, sometimes their delivery is not exactly on time, but which business in Seattle area is not affected by such a congested roads and heavy traffic.

Poor communication, from the top down. We had a patient on their way to an appointment and their case had not been delivered yet. We called the lab and the owner told us that we were, "on her list to call for a couple of weeks" (her exact wording) - but we had not been called. No case, no communication about why they would not be able to make the due date, and no apology made. Just excuses. Last strike - I called them about a nightguard they made which had cracked in less than a year. A quality lab with a responsible owner will warranty their work for a year, like Nakanishi does. The patient was leaving the state in a week and we asked Olympic if they could accommodate that schedule. I was told yes, so we sent on the materials to them. This only seemed an appropriate thing for them to do from a customer service perspective, since they were responsible. The owner never mentioned a rush fee. She called my office the NEXT day (after they already had my impressions) to tell us that there was a rush fee, and then tried to say she had told me about it the day before. This makes no sense. If she had told me about it the day before, why would she call my office to tell me about it the next day? When we severed working with them and they returned the unfinished cases to my office, they threw everything for those 2 cases into the same box - all the impressions, models, and 4 quadrant bite registrations - with no distinguishing which items belonged to what patient, and no prescription slips. Just zero integrity. This lab has inconvenienced my office far too much with their lack of responsibility. I do not recommend using this lab. Very poor operations.
