Got sent a random bill months after my appointment that was already paid for with no description or date of the charge. Seems like a shady practice.

First time visiting this dental office and instead of getting a dentist I got a sales pitch. Guy was trying to foist $5000 worth of braces on me as well as other work that I know full well isn't necessary. Be cautious - these folks seem more interested in making a buck than providing quality care. UPDATE: Against my better judgement, I gave this place a second try. I was due for a cleaning and was experiencing significant tooth pain. I was in there for 30 min, charged $100 above and beyond insurance and was told there was nothing wrong I just needed to brush for 5 min at a time. Which I have done. Yet here I am out of town on a work trip experiencing the same pain. What did I pay for? Does it really take a "dentist" to tell me to just brush my teeth? This place is the epitome of everything that's wrong with the dental profession - they don't care about helping patients, only making a buck. I'll never be back and I suggest you never go a first time.

The team here is so awesome! They were helpful to explain things on insurance for me. The dentist explained to me things I never knew!! Set a game plan for dental health and honestly the best I've ever experienced. Highly recommend. 6.9.22 Update: completed all my work and preparing for Invisalign. So nice to have people who care!

I am so glad i found Olympic Dental, i have been to several Dental office in the past and none of them could do what Dr. Franado have done, Dr. Franado is a artist with procalin, after he replaced My Crowns and fillings, he made for me a parcel that fits Like a glove. I Highly Recommend Olympic Dental (Dr.Franado is the man to see) you will not be disappointed I am very Pleased.with Olympic Dental. Thank You..

May is an excellent hygienist, Regina and the front desk are super friendly, and Dr. Roemer is a top notch dentist. Best dental service in the East Bay.

I love Paula Roemer. I've been coming here for 30 years! Paula is so gentle, supportive, sweet and the BEST dentist with the best team working with her!! Regina at the front desk is a sweetheart. She's been there for probably over 20 years. They have worked with me to help me in every situation. I never want to get my teeth taken care of anywhere else but Smile Walnut Creek. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Paula Roemer's practice is best in class. She has been my dentist for about 30 (!) years- her kindness, competency, and professionalism are exceptional. The in-office experience has been wonderful. As someone who isn't the world's best planner, the automation and follow up from her front office staff (looking at you, Regina!) helps make sure that I calendar and go to appointments. Nothing but positive things to say!

Olympic Dental slips in new ha charges to pump you for more money. a classic bait and switch outfit. After giving me a quote that represented Delta Dental would pay half the cost of a crown they then gave me a new estimate where I have to pay an extra $800. Do not go there unless you have the costs outlined in writing and sent to you before your first appointment

First visit today, *excellent* experience. I had a bad experience with my last dentist, very glad to find Olympic. Friendly staff, but most importantly, *competent*. Dr Lee took good care of me and was very professional. Props to the front desk team, also, for their fast and thorough research of insurance coverage. Cherry on top is their nice extras such as referral bonus and free take-home teeth whitening.

I always have an exceptional time at during my visit. Folks at the front fest are service oriented and efficient. When getting a cleaning Julie is fantastic. She is so knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. I am a nervous patient and I will only see Dr Romer and her staff who have given me great dental care for a very long time. Thank you!

Dr. Roemer and staff are truly the best. The front desk is very responsive and friendly. Dr. Roemer is very skilled, kind and really cares about her patients. Julie is one my favorite hygienists and always does a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Yesterday morning, 5/7/21, I called Olympic Dental about my top retainer/aligner to let them know it was about to break. They got me in that very morning, gave me a new retainer and ordered another one. The dental assistant who helped me was so attentive and helpful and funny. I wish I could remember her name. I was in and out in no time, problem solved! I can't say enough how much I appreciate Olympic Dental office.
