Receptionist failed to ask for my updated insurance information before my appointment and made me to pay over $700 for four fillings because they don't accept my new insurance. I told them two months ago that I was changing insurance after changing jobs and asked if they took the new one and they said they thought so, but nope, they only take PPO plans that make the patient pay 20%. They don't take managed care plans that cost less ($10 per filling). They are in favor of the insurance company not the patient. Even if the dentist I saw was good, I will never go back. Also going to be moving my partner from this dentist after he gets his dentures because it's so absurd the way they treated me. The receptionist implied that my employer chose the wrong insurance and surely I could call HR to get it fixed. No, you failed to ask for my insurance info before the visit and now I have to pay nearly a month's mortgage for fillings that could have waited. Thanks. I left the office crying. The receptionist should be reprimanded for being so cold. Update: I got an EOB from my insurance that said, although they don't cover this place, they did have a discount up to 300. I called them and they said they would refund me the money. I saw it pending on my credit card, but now it's disappeared. I don't know what happened to it. Seriously, this place is trash. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and when I uploaded my EOB the credit card company fixed the $281 difference. Don't go here. Don't take your families here. Don't trust these trash people.

Their hygienist is fantastic - I learned a LOT from her at my appointment this week. I have been looking for a dentist I could trust for several years and he is personable, professional and very helpful.

I have had a terrible experience in the past with dentists so I am terrified of getting work done but these guys were awesome made me completely comfortable and I didn't feel a thing I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I have never had to wait to be seen and the whole staff is very nice if I could give them more stars I would!!

I needed a Flipper and needed it fast. Mark did a great job with both the look and fit. He was able to manufacturer the flipper and make the adjustments onsite which was tremendously beneficial and convenient when compared to the last flipper I had that had to be sent back to the factory and never did fit really right. Dr Choi even came in and took a look at the extraction site to make sure it was healing properly. I highly recommend Mark and the whole team at Olympic Dental & Denture.

Olympia denture and dental center is the best place in Thurston County to go for your dental needs, they have amazing staff members that work tirelessly to feel every need you need for your dental assistance. Their doctors are standing by to do any work that you may need done. Their work environment is extremely clean and up-to-date, their facility is the state of the art. They have such a warming and welcoming lobby, with all holiday season decor. There bathrooms are extremely clean and tidy. Lisa at the front desk is absolutely phenomenal, she has amazing customer service skills... She deserves a raise forsurw.

My favorite dental and denture place! The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed. I was really nervous having my wisdom teeth surgery (my first ever surgery!) but the staff made sure I will be okay and made me feel relaxed. Thank you for everything you guys do and thank you for being an affordable dental center for those without dental insurance!
