Dr. Kelson and his staff were friendly, they made me feel comfortable. They were ready to answer any questions I had and Dr. Kelson even called me later on that evening to see how I was feeling [after the procedure].

Very unprofessional. I had a reaction to the general anesthetic and instead of rescheduling or using another option, I was hurried out the back of the clinic by his assistant and told to find another dentist. Dr. Kelson didn't offer a recommendation or referral to another dentist even though he was fully aware I was suffering from the pain of a toothache. In addition, he had didn't offer any explanation, but had his female assistant do all his explaining/talking for him. Very unprofessional!

Wonderful team. From check-in to check out. Friendly, proper, patient. I am in the process of getting a tooth implant on one of my front teeth. My first visit was very informative/right to the point. ( Which personally, I like! No run arounds yadda yadda ) I made sure to speak about my own anxieties about the procedures, Dr Kelson and his team made sure I felt comfortable. I got my tooth pulled and had a bone graft on that same day. Now 6 months later of healing, I've got the implant in, now for another check up in 3 months I will be good to go. Thank you!!!

I had my two bottom wisdom teeth pulled here a few weeks ago. The staff up front are so friendly and warm. They answered all my questions the multiple times I called. They did not seem annoyed or anything that I called a few times with questions. When I went in for my appointment (which it was nice to be able to get a consult and my teeth pulled same day) and met Dr. Kelson I thought he was kind of stand off-ish/blunt a little. But after speaking with him I think he is just a straight forward type of person as he gets from point A to point B does not sugar coat. When I was in the room to get my wisdom teeth removed Dr. Kelson and his staff were super nice, I was worried and stressed about this procedure but they just keep chit chatting with me about kids and random things until I was out. I would refer friends here..just if you are not into someone being point blank then seek somewhere else.

This year I had a crown break on a tooth that had already had a root canal. There was not enough of the tooth structure left to save. I went to Dr. Kelson for extraction and for the placement of an implant to replace the tooth. He had pulled my wisdom teeth over 20 years ago. He also removed wisdom teeth for my kids and repaired a through and through laceration for one of my son's when he bit hrough his lip during an accident in HS. Without exception, every interaction I have had, both recently and years ago with Dr. Kelson and his administrative and surgical staff has been exceptional. I have been in many medical offices over the years. The customer service, consideration, quality of care both in the office and post op, I and my family have received from Dr Kelson and his staff is the best customer service and care. My recent experiences this year have been the same. I highly recommend this office for your oral surgery needs.

Got all 4 wisdom teeth out at 930am everything went great, one nurse was kinda rude and seemed to be in a terrible mood the entire time, but Dr Kelsons awesome, he just called me at 830pm to check in to see how I was doing, and I feel like you never get that type of customer service in the medical field. Such a nice guy.

I experience extreme anxiety that only gets worse when I have to go to the dentist. Everyone here made me feel so much better. They took out my wisdom teeth fast and in the same day as the constellation. This office is full of wonderful people and I couldn't be happier with my wisdom teeth removal. Thank you so much! I couldn't recommend enough. Go here!

Do not go there with your child. The only reason we were referred to Dr. Kelson is because we could not wait the two months that it would take for our dentist office and the root canal specialist to find the time to be in the same office for his appointment. My son started having excruciating pain so our dentist referred him to Dr. Kelson to have the tooth removed under general anesthetic as my child is deathly afraid of the dentist we chose this route so he could be put to sleep for the procedure. The front office staff is very nice the ladies there listened to my concerns and Told me what they could do to help my son with the anxiety of an IV. We showed up for the appointment and my son did not know the tooth was being removed that very day as I did not want the anxiety too well up inside him. Dr. Kelson Explained to Kaleb that the tooth was going to be extracted and that he was going to have an IV and they would give him laughing gas and some Freezy spray to numb before the needle goes in to his arm. My son seemed fine and headed off to the procedure room and I was told to wait in my car and they would come get me when the procedure is over. It took about 45 minutes and then I was escorted back to the room where my son was waiting. Dr. Kelson told me everything went fine That my son did well and explained the after care that needed to take place. When I got home which was 2 1/2 hours after the appointment I asked my child how he was feeling and he started crying and said that doctor Kelson threatened him and yelled at him. As a mother of a child who has been through a few procedures and knows the fear and anxiety that her child feels I became extremely angry with Dr. Kelson. I phoned the office and asked to speak with the office manager and the front desk staff asked me what the problem was so I explained what my child told me and told her that their procedures In dealing with my child did not sit well with me and that I will be making a complaint the dentistry bored. Dr. Kelson called me personally about 10 minutes later while on the phone with him I told him that now is not a good time as I am very angry and upset with him and he proceeded to say "well if you wanna talk to me at all now is the only chance you're going to get." I was Taken back by his demeanor and decided I should just go ahead and deal with him now. I told him that my son was quite upset in the way that he was treated in his office he said you yelled at him and you threatened him. Dr. Kelson said well do you want to hear my side of the story. I said yes by all means go ahead and I listened. From start to finish everything he said was what My son told me with the exception of the threatening and the yelling. I told Dr. Kelson that parents should not be forced to go to their vehicles during a procedure because had I been there in that very same room I'm sure that he would not have yelled and threatened my child. Dr. Kelson has a certain way about him, there's a part of me that thinks he might think he's God, and the only reason I say that is because His words to me at the end of our conversation was and I quote "well, you took him to two other Dentists and nobody could get this job done and I was able to complete it". I had some not so nice words for him after that which I will not repeat on a review. I just warn any parent who plans to take their child in for treatment at this facility to beware. If you're OK with your child being bullied threatened and yelled at then by all means take them to Dr. Kelson as for me he's the devil in disguise and at no point will he ever have any contact with any of my children ever again.
