Dr. Thomas Olson is from Pasadena Maryland and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Salisbury University in 2000 with a bachelors degree in biology and minor in chemistry. He attended dental school at the University of Texas Houston, Dental Branch and received numerous awards, including the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society Scholarship for academic performance as well as the University of Texas, Dental Branch Deans Excellence Letter. He was also a recipient of the American Association of Dental Research Fellowship for investigating the Bioengineering of Human Tooth Root Implants.

After completing dental school in 2007, Dr. Olson attended the Advanced Specialty Education Program in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Maryland Dental School, where he received his Masters degree and Certificate in Orthodontics in 2010. Dr. Olson completed a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology by investigating the role of geniohyoid muscle activity and movement of the hyoid bone during swallowing. His work was performed in collaboration with the Johns Hopkins Hospital Department of Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine. In addition to performing research, he has also served on the cleft palate team at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Keeping current with the latest advancements, Dr. Olson attends many local study clubs and national orthodontic meetings. Recently, he completed advanced education in Periodontally Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics (PAOO) to increase orthodontic treatment times up to 50% faster. He was the 2019 president of the York County Dental Society, as well as a member of the Vanguard Society of the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation, and is board eligible.

In keeping balance with his professional career, Dr. Olson enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and his children Tyler, Evan, and Keira. He also enjoys home improvement projects, learning to play guitar, and is proud to now serve patients in York PA.

Jess is always smiling. She carries out an array of tasks including scheduling, financial functions, as well as heading up all social media accounts and marketing for the practice. Jess has over 7 years experience working with patients and you would think all her charm and patience comes from southern hospitality, but she grew up right here in York! She enjoys spending time and with her husband Jesse and her daughter Josie, Chevy their dog, and among long time friends in the mountains of Milroy PA.

April is our awesome insurance coordinator and finance specialist. She has over 18 years of experience in orthodontic insurance and billing. If you have insurance coverage, April will find it! We are excited to have her on our team! April enjoys spending time with her husband Albert, and her son Tadd. She also loves going to the beach, cooking, cheering on the Orioles (as painful as that is now) and especially the Ravens!

Devon is our speed demon! She is dedicated to making your orthodontic adjustment fun, comfortable, and super fast!. She has 8+ years of experience in orthodontics as well as working in a hospital setting as a CNA. Devon enjoys a challenge and brings her spark to the clinic everyday! Outside of the clinic, Devon enjoys spending time with her fiancee Steve, her dogs Kato and Harley, cooking, and doing makeup for weddings and events!

Chrisee is our new digital assistant! She has over 10 years of experience in orthodontics, and she is on course to become an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. Her super powers include awesome chair side manner, smooth treatment, digital workflow to 3D print models for aligners, and just about everything else. Chrisee manages production of all our aligner models! She enjoys spicy foods and spending time with her family, including Jeremy her fiancee, and her kids Jeremy and Sokiya.

Linda works in both the lab as well as the front desk. Utilizing her experience of 25 years, Linda makes virtually all of our retainers, expanders, and other appliances. If you have a broken appliance, Linda can handle it. She also handles ordering of materials and keeps our office flowing smoothly. Outside of the office, Linda enjoys crafts, as well as spending time with her family!
