Dr. Olson is proud to serve the greater Phoenix community where he grew up. After graduating from Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Dr. Olson went on to earn his bachelor's degree in psychology from Stanford University. While at Stanford, Dr. Olson achieved NCAA All-American honors as a member of the men's national championship swimming team.
Prior to starting dental school, Dr. Olson worked for Accenture Consulting out of their San Francisco office, where he collaborated with Fortune 100 healthcare companies to develop strategies to better serve their patients. Dr. Olson then graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco, and then completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Connecticut.
He has practiced and lived with his family in the Valley for the past five years. Outside of the office, Dr. Olson enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing and watching sports. As a former patient himself, Dr. Olson knows firsthand the amazing impact orthodontic treatment has on our lives, and he is dedicated to bringing out the best smile in everyone.

Both my kids have gone to Olsen Orthodontics over the last few years and we have found them to be very well organized from setting appointments to the dental care they have given. They are very responsive and friendly to families. Both Dr.Olson and staff have been wonderful! I only wish all medical practices could be like this!

Staff makes you feel very welcome. Cheryl and Dr. Olson were very informative when taking x-rays as well as discussing what needs to take place with our daughters mouth. Dr. Olson made our daughter the priority and spoke to her. It was a wonderful experience.

This has been the best dental experience of my life. I hate drills and just the entire anxiety behind dental procedures. Dr. Olsen and his entire staff were beyond amazing. The front desk and Giza dental assistants made it a truly memorable experience. They remembered birthdays and had gifts for major milestones during my journey with braces... text reminders and phone calls to ensure I didn't miss my appointment when finally having them removed! It was a very transparent and personal experience with them. It's bitter sweet now that I realize I won't see them again unless I need more work done. I'm so happy with every aspect from start to finish! Top tier, courteous, professionally skilled with a personal touch.

I just loved Dr. Olson! He explained everything to my 6 year old daughter so that she would understand what was happening to her teeth and what may need to be done. He took his time and didn't rush, even though he is probably super busy. The other staff that helped us was kind and friendly as well.

We had a great experience! Everyone was beyond nice and Dr. Olson was great! We are so happy that we found a clean, friendly place to have my son's dental treatment done. We look forward to seeing everyone again.

My son has been a patient at this office for quite some time. He had both sets of braces (phase 1 and 2) with Dr. Olson, and I would not want to go anywhere else. Dr. Olson and his staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone is always kind and very helpful. If I've ever had questions, or my son needed an emergency appointment they have always been accommodating and go above and beyond to find a solution. I have never left this office dissatisfied with my service. I will definitely be using this office in the future when it's my turn to get treatment. Great people!

As always, my visit was great from start to finish. I needed an appointment sooner than later to fix my permanent retainer which were placed in 2015. They managed to fit me in that same morning. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. It is obviously a great place to work because everyone seems so happy and cheerful. It makes the whole atmosphere at the office so pleasant. I was seen immediately upon arrival, and my issue was dealt with with total efficiency. I have only ever had a wonderful experience with this practice and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Regardless of where I lived in the state, I would travel to see Dr. Olson and his staff. They are that great. Thankfully, I don't live too far away.

Absolutely recommend Olson Orthodontics! I got my braces off today and I could not be happier. I'm 33 years old and throughout my 20s I had numerous ortho consults and never found an office or treatment plan that I was excited about. Dr Olson made me feel so comfortable right away, and rather than braces being this whole "something you have to do" thing - the decision was in my hands and he was supportive more than anything. Everyone in the office is lovely, and I always looked at braces as this huge time commitment but it truly wasn't. Everything went along seamlessly.
