Hes always helping people, Dr. Jase says of his youngerbrotherJustin. But he gets himself into the funniest situations. An avid Samaritan since a young age, Dr. Justin has often looked for ways to help people.
During a two-year service mission in Mexico, Dr. Justin was asked by a family to help them by preparinga pig for their daughter's 15th birthday celebration. Having no experience with the task but not wanting to leave the family without help, hereluctantly agreed. More than an hour later, covered in dirt and mud, Dr. Justin came back with a lot more experience than he wanted.
After his mission and completion of college, Dr. Justin attendeddental school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He admits that he knew he wanted to be in dentistry since Boy Scouts, where his leader was an orthodontist. While in dental school Dr. Justin had braces as a patient anddiscovered his passion for orthodontics.
His academic achievements, including graduationwith honors, earned him a spot in the orthodontic residency program at the University of Oklahoma. In 2010, Dr. Justin graduated and became a board-certified orthodontist. Later that summer, alongside his brother and best friendJase, Dr. Justin opened Olsen Orthodontics and knew he would be a part of something great. He would have the chance to help others and really change lives.
Dr. Justin loves golf, woodworking, and wearing vibrant and interesting socks (just ask to see them)! He adds that he always has time for a joke or two, as long as they are clean. His greatest joy, comes from his family and spending time with his three children.
Even when Dr. Jase was young, he was a determined problem-solver. Set on getting a halfpipe in his backyard, he gothis parents to sayhe could have one if he could show them what it would look like, with thehopethat this woulddissuade him. A few days later, Dr. Jase built a small replica of a halfpipe out of toothpicks and glue.
Leaving behind his model-sized replicas, and after a two-year mission in Mexico, Dr. Jase decided to bring his Mr. Fix-it personality to oral health by attending the dental school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Not long after graduating with honors, he realized he loved the transformation he saw in orthodontics.
Dr. Jase was awarded a slot inthe University of Michigans advanced specialty education program in orthodontics and graduated in 2010 to become a board-certified orthodontist. That same year, he helped open Olsen Orthodontics with his lifelong best friend and brother, Justin. With family at the core of their values, there is no other way they would have it.

Great office! I don't have enough nice things to say about everyone!! Tiger is a HUGE asset to this location. She put my son's braces on, cared for him throughout the process and took them off when his time was completed. She goes above and beyond to make sure you understand after each appointment and if you need her is always available, even after hours. EVERYONE in this office is kind and helpful. Southern charm and super friendly staff! You will not be disappointed with this office

My daughter is a client here and we had an awesome experience. The team is prepared & organized from the first visit, the consultation, to the last, removal of braces. They are all helpful, courteous, & do not mind explaining things along the way. They take pride in the work they do. The results were amazing. I highly recommend Olsen Orthodontics. We will be back again when it is time for the next child to have braces.

It's ok. The place looks nice but service could be better. DDS rushes and I often forget to ask questions because of it. Video games never work when we go there and no one in the office could tell us how to work them. The fridge for beverages is always empty. The one person I sat with during our first appointment kept talking over me which made it impossible to ask all of the questions as I couldn't get a word in. Don't get the feeling that my child is valued as a patient. Hoping they are better at orthodontics than customer service. Also, hoping interactions improve during this process.

This was my second time going through getting braces, since I did not wear my retainer the first time around. They worked with me from beginning to the end-today when I had my braces taken off. Every trip has been pleasant, and I enjoyed my experience overall. I would recommend Olsen Orthodontics to anyone needing braces!

I was extremely scared to move forward in my teeth straightening journey when I came here. In the past, I haven't had the best oral care and have worked for the better part of 3 years to get on the right track so that I could have my dream smile. They decided I was a good candidate for Invisalign and were extremely kind and helpful when answering all my questions! Everyone in the office is so lovely and kind, and I look forward to my next visit. Currently, I'm on tray 2 of my Invisalign but I have probably asked a dozen questions and have been met with the same kindness and helpfulness every time. If I could rate them 10 stars, I would! I couldn't be more grateful.

I'm still trying to figure out "WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE" LOL?? I never met a staff like these people. They were very pleasant, helpful, understanding, and just plain old awesome. They were quick, asked probing questions to help me understand the process for my first time getting braces. However, there is more to this. The best part for me was when the consultation was FREE! Everyone else want to charge a $100 bucks and so forth not just that I don't have an insurance and they work with you on payment arrangements. Sam gave me an awesome tour and she was like awesome sauce. The tour was wonderful, you have a gaming room for your kids if they come with you on the visit to play video games. I just love the whole set up. Sam and Jas which are the Orthodontics, broke everything down. Even down to pricing (which were great prices by the way). OH! Lets's not forget the girl who took pictures of my teeth, can't remember her name. Just everybody was great. Can't wait to get my braces at the end of Feb 2016. WISH ME LUCK

Olsen Orthodontics is the best place in Fayetteville to get your orthodontic treatments!!! The staff is super friendly and they make you feel welcomed from the time you walk in until the time you leave!! The staff takes their time to explain to you the process and they make you feel at ease. My son is also a patient here and he loves it so much that he doesn't want to get his braces taken off !! If you are looking for an orthodontist that is courteous, patient, and affordable... look no further ... you will thank me later!!

Well it appears that my comment posted in February has been removed. The review consisted of unfair and unprofessional treatment while under the care of Olsen orthodontic. I felt that the treatment was unequal, particularly towards African Americans not receiving the same treatment as others. It can not be proven, just my thoughts. I am a Doctor of Nurse Practice that had the opportunity to learn about the inequality of healthcare treatment of African Americans and shared my thoughts with the office manager. The 1-ply retainers were given as I felt set up to have to pay for a new set of retainers (2-ply) all while under the doctors care. Though Olsen orthodontics refunded my $225 for the "2-ply" acrylic retainers, the permanent retainer has to be replaced, and it has been only 8 months since my braces were removed. This makes me feel the mistreatment continues having to pay out more money. Yes, I terminated the "retainer checks" after this incident. The work that is present here is seriously overrated and all patients that feel they have not gotten the treatment should advocate to put a stop to such treatment. IT IS UNETHICAL AND IMMORAL nowadays to practice such treatment. The staff was unprofessional the day I picked up my replacement retainers, conspiring negative vibes. I will continue to watch for this comments and resubmit when I need to. Maybe later, another update will be posted of the aftercare cost of what should have been done by this establishment. Until then, I will close.

We love Olsen Orthodontics. They took over treatment when we relocated and have continued supporting my son's complicated hertz appliance. We love the assistant that helps our son and the office provides some other video game distractions for siblings!

I had such a pleasant experience with my technician Tygre. Yes, her name pronounced (Tiger). Tygre walked me through the entire process start to finish. This put my mind at ease and made me feel less nervous. She was gentle and told me step by step everything she was doing to my teeth. The process was faster than I thought and my teeth felt better than expected. Tygre has a warm disposition and a friendly personality. I requested her for my future follow up visit. If you need braces, I highly recommend Tygre. She was the best! P
