My last visit was a bad experience, the lady in the front desk seemed annoyed and was not friendly plus she messed up my front teeth. Then her attitude got worst and didn't even apologize. Also, didn't bother fixing it.

Doctor is very down to earth and so handsome looks like vin deisel . Yesenia hygienist was very informative. Front office/ dental assistants very helpful and sweet. Office is very clean 10/10 love Dr. B he is the best

We've been patients here for 10 years! The doctor is awesome and the staff is always on top of everything! Never had any issues with anything.

Amazing customer service! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I've been a patient there for the last 2 years, and never had one bad experience. The office is always kept so clean, I totally recommend!

Great experience, friendly staff! Took my 4 children to this dentistry and they did not have a problem with the Dentist. Smile as white as heaven!

I just moved to the valley, and got recommended to Dr B, and let me tell you he's AMAZING! His work is so precise and carefully done. The office staff were all so friendly, always had a smile on their face. Being new in town, they made me feel so welcomed. Overall, it was a great experience!

Office manager is rude. Refused to contact my insurance even though they are my primary provider. She said she wasn't refusing to contact them she just wasn't going to do it because it would be a waste of her time. Terrible staffing. I asked to speak with Dr Braunthal and was told that he does not speak to patients over the phone. Honestly would rate them lower than 1 Star If possible. Going to contact my insurance and let them know this office should not be listed as a provider because they refuse to see insured patients.

How do you have a dentist's office with no dentist? We went in for routine care but weren't able to get fully taken care of because their dentist was in a different location. If you can't manage to have a dentist on site, I don't believe you should be considered a dentist's office.

Doctor Braunthal is very knowledgeable and is excellent at explaining the procedure throughout the process. The prices are EXCELLENT and the best I've seen in the area. However, low prices do not equal bad service. Both my husband and I are very happy with the work we have had done. Best and thorough cleaning I have ever had! Dr. B. remembers our names and knows us by sight, which is a plus since I don't feel like just a dollar sign. Thank you so MUCH, Dr. Braunthal!
