First time visit. The entire staff was so courteous and friendly. Had a broken tooth repaired and another filled quickly and painlessly. Two thumbs up. I have a new dentist. Thanks

I"ll break it down for ya 4/5 stars - Easy to find with GPS only flaw is the gps says its on the right they are on the left. 5/5 Look of Dentist office Clean office nice waiting room clean dentist area sanitary 2/5 Customer Service to New Patience coming in to the receptionist desk now I'm being generous not to say that I wasn't help in getting what I needed done for them but the level of frustration that they put on new patience and when they want you to get a hold of your insurance to get a card where the insurance is telling them over the phone on speaker that its this card that is combine with your medical card is the wrong card. Now needless to say there are cards that a certain insurance does dish out but this also depends on the company that your work for and how they go about it. Doesn't mean that the receptionist is wrong but doesn't mean that the new patient is wrong either and shouldn't be treated as if they are. 4/5 Hygienist that worked on my teeth for the cleaning was really nice and listen took care of patients stayed away from sensitive areas of teeth that she was informed about/let up when she knew it started to hurt her patient was caring. 1/5 Dentist - Only saw him for 10 seconds and I had questions he was in and out before I could ask the question of the reason why he would like to pull my wisdom teeth. And I don't know his name.

Very friendly, although I dont enjoy tooth extractions... Dr Ollock is very good and shows care and feelings during dental work. Explains what's ahead. That's very appreciated! Great needle giver and I feel is honest (which is impossible to find these days).

Dr Ollock is very personable and professional, as is his staff. He recognizes the needs of uninsured patients and does not try to UPSELL!

The receptionist lacks customer service skills. The dental hygienist was pleasant. If you have another option for a dentist I would go with it!!

After a couple year lapse in visiting the dentist I knew I had to get things in order. I was already aware that I was going to need some work with a particular tooth. This was my first time meeting the team at Ollock dentistry. I had heard many good things about the establishment and am here to confirm that they are all true. I ended up in three appointments total as a root canal was required to correct part of the problem. I dreaded the thought of having this done. However, I was amazed how smoothly Dr Ollock worked through the procedure and took the anxiety out of the equation. My last appointment was a couple of weeks ago and am so happy I chose their group. Another thing to mention is the ease of billing. This is another detail I never like when going to the dentist, the miserable insurance work, file, refile fill out forms etc. I couldn't believe how simple they made this process. Thanks Ollock Dental Group, see you next year as scheduled!
