He completed his undergraduate degree at East Central University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Rusher has a standing reputation as he is continually voted Best Dentistry by the Plainview, TX, community.

Dr. Rusher and his staff are proud of the warm, patient-friendly environment they have created and of the bonded relationships they have built with multi-generational families in the area. When not in the office practicing dentistry, Dr. Rusher enjoys spending time with his wife and son on their farm breeding/farrowing show pigs as a year-round hobby. He is a member of the local Kiwanis Club, and stays involved with charities. Dr. Rusher also enjoys sponsoring children in 4-H, FFA and sports among his local community.
