He is a member of the Orange County Dental Society, California Dental Society, American Dental Association, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry (CSPD) and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD). He also has hospital training at Rancho Los Amigos (R.L.A.) Medical Center and has been practicing since 1988.

I had a friend in this area ask if they should go see Dr. Shadi as they were a close office. I got excited to tell them yes! Dr. Shadi is one of the best dentists I know and she's actually done great work on some friends of mine in the past.

I took my 10 year old daughter there and I was so impressed with the pediatric side. They had so much fun with my daughter And it was a great visit the dentist and staff get an A+ in our book ! Highly recommended them.

I have been going to Dr. Schmidt for a very long time, and he has been a great dentist for me. While I rated it as loved it, that is in the context of going to the dentist.

Dr. Schmidt and his staff are amazing. They were able to put me at ease, in spite of a huge fear of dental work. I was so relaxed and felt that I was in capable and caring hands. Linda in the front office is so friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to going back on Monday.

I have been a patient at Olive Dental for over 20 Years. The office staff is friendly and kind and works really hard to get you your appointment for cleaning and checkups that works best for you. The girls who clean your teeth do a very thorough job and make sure you stay on schedule with your cleaning and checkups. Dr. Schmidt is great. I have an issue with Novocain sensitivity and he is well aware of this and makes sure to use only Carbocaine when doing my procedures. If this is an issue for you this is the Dentist to see. Make an appointment as soon as you are able. It will be the best thing you will do for your smile.

Everyone in this office is friendly. I first came to Dr. Schmidt's office about 18 years ago, after breaking a tooth. I had not been good about keeping up with my dental visits because I was always afraid. They made me feel relaxed and, even though I needed a crown, it actually wasn't a terrifying experience. We moved for a couple of years, and when we came back, I ended up at different dental offices because of insurance. I finally ended up with the chance to come back to Dr. Schmidt's office maybe 8 (?) years ago and I have been happy with my care ever since. My husband has been a patient this whole time as well. My dad started going to him a while back and then I convinced my mother and brother to start going to him. Two things I can say for sure. 1) Everyone is so kind and easy to talk to. and 2) Dr. Schmidt is great at giving shots. I get such anxiety over getting that needle and it never hurts. These two things have made it so much easier for me to be a good regular patient. It is nice to keep up and hear that my teeth look great. I think it is a sign of a good and honest dentist when he looks at your x-rays and teeth and says, "You look great. I don't think you are going to need any work done for a long time!"
