Dr. Pannu earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Rajiv Gandhi University School of Dentistry from India in 2003 and then completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She is licensed to practice in the State of California and has been practicing in the Bay Area and the Central Valley. She is multi-lingual and well-versed in Spanish, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.
Dr. Pannu stays current in the ever-changing dental industry as she dedicates time each year into her education. She is an expert in treating root canals, gum disorders, children dentistry, restorative and cosmetic procedures, as well as all aspects of general dentistry. I am a RDA and has been in the field since 2008. I have been with Dr Pannu since her office has opened. I am fluent in Spanish and I am a part of the back office team assisting Dr. Pannu with patients. I am always ready to work and do my best to make patients feel comfortable. I enjoy spending time with my family. I have two daughters and two sons and try my best to be a great mother and role model.
I am a certified Dental Assistant and has been in the dental field since 2008. I work as a treatment coordinator dealing with all the billing and front office duties and has done so for the past 8 years. I am knowledgeable and competent in all aspects of dentistry. I am fluent in spanish and ready to help wherever needed. I enjoy working in a team atmosphere, where we help patients with dental needs and make them happy and comfortable. Outside of work, I spend time with my family and friends.
Jackie has been a registered dental hygienist since 1996. Her dedication to patients comfort and dental health is her number one priority. She enjoys continuing her dental education and keeping up with the latest techniques and procedures to benefit her patients. In Jackies last year of Hygiene school she was class president and organized events and was presented with an award for leadership and professionalism through fresno/madera dental society. When Jackie is not working, she enjoys gardening, outdoors, traveling and creative cooking, along with spending time with her husband and daughter.
I am a Mexican American that grew up in Los Angeles. I attended concord career college, graduated, and have worked in the dental field since 2007. I am a mom of 3 beautiful daughters. I dream to one day buy a farm either here in the states or in Mexico with lots of animals, and hopefully retire and live to see my family grow.

I went about 6 months ago and the dental hygienist worked on getting off cement from braces I had taken off almost a decade ago! She was amazed that no other hygienist had ever worked on removing to before. I had a feeling that that was what it was so I am glad she confirmed it. She took a lot more care in her work than any other hygienist I've ever had work on my teeth.

My years of neglect had left me with the smile of a Jack O Lantern, but Sumeet Pannu fixed my mouth up right nice! Everyone that works here is a total class act! Jackie the hygienist is so gentle I fall asleep while she's cleaning my teeth. This should be your dental office. This NEEDS to be your dental office! You owe it to your teeth! Think about all they do for you!

I first went to Olive Dental when my own dentist retired about 6 years ago. I was hesitant about a female dentist because I never had one, and I was worried that she would have trouble pulling a tooth, because my old dentist would have to use all his strength to pull it out. I was amazed at how she reassured me and made sure I was relaxed and explained what to expect. Dr. Pannu was very gentle during any process being done, the best part is she gives me options due to high cost for certain types of dental work being done. I now have my wife going there and she loves going there.

I'm from Merced/Atwater and came to Fresno for college. I tried a Fresno dentist and hated it. I went back home and tried Olive Dental and haven't looked back ever since. I drive from Fresno to Merced to come to their office because I love coming here and I know I can trust them with my teeth. They are so kind and honest and I hope to keep them as my dental office for as long as possible!

I'm not a fan of dentists. I never have been due to bad experiences in the past. Today was my first visit and I left feeling comfortable and without fear at all. Any procedures that I have planned were clearly explained and my satisfactory was of utmost importance. Dr. Sameet Pannu is really nice and understanding and explains to you what needs to be done. She also does not have rough hands when just doing a check up. You can tell she takes pride in her business because she has literally hand painted several paintings in her office, I was in awe. In regards to time, I felt like there wasn't even a wait. My appt was at 4, I arrived at 345 and was home by 515. I would highly recommend.

The staff and Dr are SUPER nice. This is the first dentist in Merced that I have been to, where they didn't push cosmetic dentistry - they just want to do what is best for my health - and they do it with compassion and empathy -

I have three boys who came in for cleaning and checkups. My youngest two have special needs and can get really overwhelmed, especially when going to any type of medical visit. They struggled with the X-rays, and the ladies in this office were so kind and patient with them. They made sure that all three of my boys were comfortable. They were really happy by the end of their visit and kept showing each other their clean smiles. I told them that this would be their new dental office, and I couldn't be happier that I found this hidden gem of a place. I want to give a big thank you to Dr. Pannu and the dental assistants/technicians and dental admins of Olive Dental Care that made our visit so enjoyable. I can't remember all four of the other assistant's names, but you are appreciated!

The office staff was decent, the dr SEEMED nice, but then I noticed her take her gloves off, set them down, and then put the same ones back on to check my daughters teeth, very unsanitary. She said my daughters tooth "cracked more" and said my daughter did it... but if that were true, how would she know it cracked "more" not returning to this office.
