Dr. Prusik is a true native of this area having grown up just a few miles down the road in Cary, NC. He attended Green Hope High School where he was recently inducted into the GHHS Athletic Hall of Fame. It was there that he met his future wife, Lauren, and many other friends who currently live in Apex and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Prusik attended UNC Chapel Hill and earned a bachelors in biology with minors in chemistry and Spanish before moving on to dental school at UNC Chapel Hill. After achieving his DDS, Dr. Prusik completed a one-year residency program at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. During residency he received advanced training in all areas of general dentistry including restorative, prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and implant dentistry. He believes this residency program was one of the best opportunities of his career having trained him to treat complex dental problems and manage patients with challenging medical conditions. It was also a very rewarding experience working with veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country. Dr. Prusik worked in private practice in Durham, NC and Fayetteville, NC prior to opening his Apex location.
Dr. Prusik is a strong believer in community service. He was named a Public Service Scholar during his time at UNC and has participated in many volunteer projects including the Durham Rescue Mission, the Fayetteville Care Clinic, and even a 4-week mission trip to rural Mexico.
Dr. Prusik is a current member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. I was drawn to dentistry because it allows me to work with my hands and help people live a healthier, happier life. I have always sought to put others first in everything that I do, and I feel truly honored to be able to give back to the community that has given me so much over the years. Dr. Prusik
Dr. Prusik is a die-hard Tar Heel fan having spent 8 years in school at Chapel Hill. He did, however, marry a Wolfpack graduate and will forever live in a house divided! Both Dr. Prusik and Lauren enjoy traveling and exploring the outdoors. They are proud to call North Carolina home and make a point to enjoy everything this great state has to offer. They have a three-year-old golden retriever named Murphy who loves to swim, meet people, and play with other dogs. Dr. Prusik and Lauren have attended The Summit Church together since college.

I LOVE this dentistry! Literally Dr. Prusik is the best dentist I have ever went too. He treated me when I was 37 weeks pregnant and emergency root canal, he is still treating me till this day. My 14 month old daughters first dental appointment was with Dr. Prusik as well, he was kind patient and amazing. Look no further and make this location your home!!! Btw the staff is AMAZINGGGGGGG and caring.

This is one of the most professional medical practice I've ever walked into (after a brief research). One can virtually see "We care" written all over the practice. Naming a few, the cleanliness is inviting, the all-welcoming staff is inviting, the state-of-the-art equipment is inviting, the 100% explanation of one's care is inviting, and the care discounts are VERY inviting. To top it all, the care Doctor is not only highly knowledgeable, he makes every patient feel special by patiently & clearly (even digitally) explaining scenarios of care - helping a patient to take intelligent care decisions.

Unbelievable! I thought I knew what superior dentistry was but clearly I've been missing out. I've been with Dustin and team for the last couple years and they are unmatched. The majority of my visits are for routine cleanings and I just had my first procedure... hence the review. Who knew a trip to the dentist could be so pleasurable? I'm actually kind of laughing writing this review because who honestly enjoys the dentist? It's one of those things you end up doing and it's often a chore. No joke, I don't mind visiting this place. I feel like they know me as a friend when I walk in (like that local barber you've been going to for years). I witness that same treatment to everyone who walks through the door while I'm there. Cheers to this team because you've certainly flipped the script on traditional dentistry. Looking forward to my next visit!

Prompt and courteous scheduling, friendly staff and thorough explanation of treatment plan and what to expect. So happy I was referred to this office!
