*Pat the Hygienist (during today's visit) provided EXCEPTIONAL&OUTSTANDING DENTAL SERVICE! Dr. Olin, Dr. Bryant and Olin Dental team are Knowledgeable&Skilled&Caring&Compassionate&Understanding. Dr. Olin and his staff, makes each and every visit pleasant&comfortable. His front office staff- Jocelyn, Jamie, Leslie and Shanice are supportive, courteous and attentive. Dr. Komori, Shaniqua, and Alex were helpful&supportive in explaining details to some of my cares and concerns during my dental procedure(s). I have received above&beyond service and had the BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE since I was a child. Thank you, OLIN DENTAL GROUP/SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL SMILES! YOU DEFINITELY MADE ME SMILE. First let me start by stating that this is not my first bad experience with this office manager. The rest of the staff is great, but the manager - HORRIBLE! The first time I received a bill there was a charge for something I never received service for, she told me it was not possible. After review they removed the charge. The last time I was there in October 2021 I had to wait over an hour. She came in and apologized for the delay and told me someone would be right with me and I still waited. On 10/26/21 There was a state of emergency issued and they called me to ask me to come in earlier, at first I said Yes, hoping to make it there but then I had to pick up my mother and son since they were released early due to the state of emergency. Rahway public schools were closed. I called back the office and explained the situation to the manager and she said "Sorry if you do not come you will be charged a no show fee" During a state of emergency, when everyone was told to stay home??? lol yeah ok. Now I receive a bill for $35.00 for not showing up on a day that was declared in the state of NJ a state of emergency day..... OK guess she doesn't care to loose a patient and I was told I can not speak to no one else, she is in charge.... Everyone one else was great, but due to her rude obnoxious - power to her head "manager" I will be leaving and going somewhere else where people are treated with respect and consideration.

Helpful office team -- friendly & super knowledgeable. Technicians are great-- very smart. Dr. Olin is very personable-- smart-- and easy to talk to. Offices are comfortable with use of latest tech everywhere.

Dr. Olin is a very skilled and caring dentist. I have sensitive teeth, and my hygienist Arlene does a wonderful job with my cleanings. The office staff is pleasant and helpful, and there is a minimal wait once you arrive. I have been a patient here for many years and would highly recommend this dentist.

I had several great experiences with Dr.Jess over the past year I've been taking my daughter in. She is not an easy patient by any means and required a lot of in depth treatments - an extraction, filling and silver crown.. but the Dr. has always gone above and beyond with her patience towards her. The first attempt to do her crown, my daughter was very uncooperative and they were unable to work on her , they suggested going somewhere else to get sedated to be able to have her procedure done. I was nervous about it and asked them to please try again on another day and the Dr listened to me and agreed. The next time we came in my daughter did very well and I was so thankful and appreciative that they listened to me ,took the time and gave her a second chance. I don't know of many dentists that would do that with such a difficult patient. My daughter was far better with the subsequent appointments and procedures and I believe it's because they took the time and extra effort into making her feel comfortable. I highly recommend the office , the rest of the entire staff especially the dental assistant really do go out of their way to be there for patients.

My experience with the dentist, as a child, has always left me afraid of going to the dentist. However, my experience at Olin Dental Group has me looking forward to my next appointment. Pleasant all around atmosphere. I actually left there with a smile; although it felt lopsided, a smile all the same. They get my recommendation to anyone and everyone 100%.

Staff is pleasant, however the times I've been there with my son I don't feel the doctor genuinely cares. We are always rushed or referred to someone else. Recently my son went in for a toothache in the morning.. the doctor would not call a prescription for him until the afternoon. Meanwhile my son was curled up on the floor in pain. We are Latinos so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with his care. I think everyone should be treated equally.

Everyone was nice but i feel as though they made me spend unnecessary money. I had 3 appointments with them and it was always something extra they tried to get me to do. The last time I went, I was told i needed and xray of each individual tooth on TOP of a regular xray. I was questioning it but I was reassured that i needed it and it lasts for 10 years or something like that....next thing i know, i get a bill in the mail for $250. When I told other dentists about it, i was told it was absolutely not needed and only for specific situations (which my teeth did not fall into). After that, I decided to go to another dentist. All in all, i want a dentist who cares about the wellbeing of my teeth not how much money they can get outta me per visit.

Had a worse experience with Olin Dental Group Rahway. Dr. Jessica what you think about kids? are they Robots or what? On Nov 12 we scheduled 1st appointment with dental pediatrician Dr. Jessica for my 6yr old daughter. My daughter was scared so Dr. did only Xrays. Dr. Jessica thought my daughter will allow Xrays and tooth extraction same day in half an hour? This week we got an another appointment to continue the process. After giving an injection in her mouth my daughter started crying and Dr. said she have patients waiting outside, take another appointment again for tooth extraction. Nurses at Olin Dental are much more matured and they know how to handle situation. Dr. Jessica you are so great at updating patient that you have next patient in half an hour then I personally feel your appointment is not worth taking next a time. Dr. Jessica you should take extra courses for handling kids. Olin Dental group may have 5 star but may be for adult dental treatments. For kids I would suggest do go there and waste your half an hour.

I went today for cleaning. Dr. Patel took great care of me. Front desk ladies were pleasant and easy to work with. I didn't wait for too long to be seen and while dr.Patel was doing my cleaning she made sure I was okay throughout the process. Very happy I found them.
