While growing up, Dr. Kandovs grandmother was an Otolaryngologist, which is the fancy term for an ear, nose, and throat doctor. Her childhood years involved being around a lot of doctors (including dentists) who came over to her house and had very passionate exchanges of ideas that often led to heated debates. Her grandmother would always joke two dentists three opinions!
While Dr. Kandov knew she wanted to become a doctor early on, it wasnt until she was introduced to several studies about implant dentistry and full mouth restorations during one of those heated debates at her grandmothers that the dental field sparked her interest. She found the topic fascinating and shadowed several dentists who provided those services, quickly falling in love. Her path was determined at that point, and she couldnt be happier about where she is now!
After completing her undergraduate degree at Temple University, Dr. Kandov entered into the Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at the same college to pursue her Doctor of Dental Medicine. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in the top 2% of her class and earned several scholarships and honors during her college years, including The Omicron Kappa Upsilon Fraternity Award.
As for continuing education, Dr. Kandov has completed a great deal of advanced training through the world-renowned Misch Implant Institute regarding dental implant placement, CBCT treatment planning, socket grafting, and other crucial topics related to implantology. She has achieved Fellowship status with the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA) and been awarded for Distinguished Implant Excellence. She is a current member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and the Eckert Dental Study Club.
Dr. Kandov and her husband were high school sweethearts and have known each other for over 30 years now. They have two wonderful daughters named Elizabeth and Victoria, both of whom have numerous achievements in math, chess, piano, and swimming. When she isnt busy caring for patients, her hobbies include hanging out with her loved ones and traveling as much as possible. As a former ballet dancer, she never misses Boris Eifmans Ballet when they perform in New York City. She also has a strong passion for France, French history, Paris, and French cinematography!

Love love love! I can't say this enough about Dr. Olga. She is the sweetest person! If you have anxiety about going to the dentist you need to come see Dr. Olga, she is truly the best! The office is gorgeous and the staff is amazing! Elena will greet you with a gorgeous smile when you come in. Linda did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Chelsea did an amazing job assisting Dr. Olga. Thank you for making my visit to the dentist way less stressful.

I looked in the mirror after Dr Kandov completed her amazing work and was overwhelmed. I am thrilled! First time in a very long time I could truly smile with confidence and joy. Dr Kandov was masterful. She was meticulous, patient, thorough, agile and most kind. She has an excellent staff, especially Chelsea who made me feel part of the "family". Where do I begin! As soon as I walked through the door I was amazed by the atmosphere down to the decor! Unlike most dentist offices the waiting room was so tranquil that it prompted me to schedule a massage with my massage thereapist. The receptionists and the other staff members are courteous, attentive, and keep the operations running smoothly. I was there to get an implant, which is about a 6 month process and with every visit I left with a great experience. I never had to wait, Dr. Kandov always made me feel comfortable with her knowledge and expertise. She is also very kind and attentive. Her work ethic sets the tone for the rest of the staff. It is truly a great place! I went out on a limb and tried this place based on previous reviews and I'm so glad I did. I have and will continue to recommend people. I'm so happy with the end results!

I originally went to Dr Olga Kandov for a lost crown that needed to be replaced with an implant. I had an important meeting and was horrified of the prospect of talking at a conference with a missing front tooth. She made me a replacement very quickly. And then started the process of creating an implant. I was so impressed with her and her staff that I decided to have her put crowns on all my teeth. There was no up sale; she's a wonderful person and dentist. I'm a very busy person and typically will miss a few appointments, however, her staff always keeps me informed of my schedule with timely text messages. Dr Kandov and the staff are excellent technicians and nice people too. I broke a tooth one Friday night and called the emergency number. Within 1/2Hr, I was in the chair and Dr Kandov did an emergency patch. Did not know it at the time by she was scheduled to be off on vacation at 6 the next morning. Thank you again Dr.
