Dr. Baczara opened her Crofton family dentist practice in 2003 with the goal of providing high quality dental care in a personalized, relationship based atmosphere.She believes that quality and meticulous work is important in her work, but it does not end there. Making her guests feel comfortable and relaxed, educating and offering choices about their health, answering questions and spending time building a relationship are very important part of her service. Dr. Baczara also likes to travel back toUkraine toshare her expertisewith local dentists. Raised in a family of medical doctors (her parents and two brothers practice medicine), Dr. Baczara was able to pass her love for dentistry to her two younger sisters. Theyboth followed in her footsteps. Today the sisters have fun discussing dentistry on a professional level.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Dr. Baczara is a truly skilled professional and her office is beautiful and welcoming. My 7-year-old daughter fell and broke her new adult front tooth. Dr. Baczara was able to see us quickly. She was patient and explained each step of the process. She put my young daughter right at ease. She took her time to make sure it was perfect, and it actually looks better than the original tooth!

Exceptional treatment as always! Dr Olga address all my needs perfectly. Here is my story for the last visit. In other dental clinic I was sentenced for a tooth extraction (because some of it was broken last December), but Dr Olga save my tooth by putting a nicely done crown on it. I'm really happy now. I'm 67 years old and use this dental clinic since 2015. Highly recommended if you are looking for a high quality treatment and service.

What a lovely experience! I searched for a dentist that had great reviews and the Center for Fine Dentistry met my expectations. Dr. Olga and Valbona were such kind people and consistently checked in with me to make sure that I was comfortable during my entire visit. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for their professionalism and overall awesomeness! This is my first experience with a dentist as an adult and it was more than pleasant. The entire space was beautiful as well. Thank you. <3

I visited this office in April of 2021 after not having gone to the dentist in a while. I was nervous, but felt I was in good hands because of the great reviews online. Upon getting settled in the office, while wearing my mask, Dr. Baczara asked me to rate my teeth. I personally feel I have nice teeth: they aren't the most perfect teeth in the world, yet they certainly aren't terrible, but she asked me to rate them so I said a 7/10. Again, I'm in a new office, nervous about being at the dentist for the first time in a while. She asks me to lower my mask, and I do so. The look on her face when I lowered my mask made me feel small, as if she was judging me for saying 7/10. Finally, she says, "who took your braces off?" I am 28 years old and had my braces removed at 16. I said, "the orthodontist?" She said, "I can see where they took them off". For the next 30 minutes of my appointment she probably asked me six more times who removed my braces and reminded me how yellow my teeth are. At one point she literally said "Okay, I want you to close your eyes and think really hard about who removed your braces." Out of sheer embarrassment and insecurity, I began to agree with her and cower. She then tried to push teeth whitening and veneers on me for the remaining 20 minutes of my appointment. After this unpleasant visit, the front desk clerk brought in my bill and costs of the 5 different treatments offered to me, to which I said I'd think about it. The clerk said, "okay I'll be right back with your receipt". So I waited another five minutes and then Dr Bazcara and her assistant came in and said, "Is there anything else we can help you with?" I said "No, but your desk clerk told me to wait here". She said "okay, then we're done." I cannot explain how wildly awkward and uncomfortable the entire thing was. It felt so disingenuous. I will not go back and refuse to see another doctor who only tries to emphasize insecurity and then profit upon it.

While unable to fully resolve the issue during my visit, she provided recommendations for me to consider that could prevent any long term damage or costs. I had a great experience with Dr. Baczara. I recently moved to the area, I had no idea of dentists who took my insurance, so I booked online through a third party website. The office is clean with a modern equipment. Dr. Baczara was very professional and answered any questions I had. I only went in for a standard check up and cleaning so it was pretty quick. I am deducting 1 star due to their billing/insurance procedure. I had to put down a $150 payment in case my insurance did not cover the check up/cleaning costs. Usually with doctor's offices, the receptionists will run your group number and let you know before seeing the doctor what is/is not covered. This office will fill the claims to your insurance AFTER your appointment is finished. I wish their payment/insurance confirmation was given upfront rather than after. You will be credited that money back if your insurance covers the procedures done, however, others may not be able to do payout a $150 down payment.

I really adore Dr. Baczara. She is the first doctor in many years that hasn't made me feel like I am at the dentist. She is extremely thorough and educational in all of her treatment options. You can really tell she wants the best for you!!

I been going to Dr Olga for about five years now and she is the best Dentist that I have come a cross in a long time . She treats you like family she makes sure you are comfortable and talks to you the whole time you are sitting in the dentist chair.I will recommend her to anybody who needs a dentist my family and I love going to Center for fine Dentistry

I called for an appointment and Rachel immediately accommodated my schedule and gave me an appointment exactly when I wanted. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions and eased my concerns. Dr. Baczara was extremely comprehensive and efficient with the procedure and I left knowing that I had received excellent care.

I went to Dr. Baczara today to have my bite adjusted following an accident and she did a tremendous job. Rachel was able to schedule me an appointment quickly which accommodated my work schedule. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and efficient and the visit felt more like a visit with friends than a visit to the dentist. Through careful and meticulous work, Dr. Baczara was able to adjust my bite and I feel better than I have in months. I can always count on Dr. Baczara to be very thorough.

Dr. Baczara is awesome! I've been seeing her for about a year now and we've been working closely together to achieve not only a perfect smile but a perfect bite as well and the results have been amazing! She is very knowledgeable in her field of dentistry! Rachel provides great patient service and does a great job explaining information and is super nice!
