I am blown away by the amazing treatment my daughter received at Olde Orchard Pediatric Dentistry today!! She has always been terrified of the dentist and had horrible experiences at the dentist up until now. Her hygienist, Michelle, was beyond amazing! She was patient, incredibly kind, warm, caring and made my daughter so comfortable!! For years my daughter has struggled with taking X-rays and getting her teeth cleaned (usually ending in lots of tears or refusing to cooperate) and Michelle helped her accomplish it all easily with a smile on my daughter's face!!!! I couldn't be more grateful. I had tears in my eyes. I am still blown away. If you have an anxious, nervous child when it comes to the dentist - GO HERE!!!!

Like always we were really happy with our appointment. The assistant was very friendly and we had no wait time. The Dental assistant and Dr. Maxwell were really patient and understanding with my daughter. They explained every step to her and understood her sensitivity and fear. This office has respect and understanding for special needs patients. I would recommend Dr. Maxwell and her team to everyone i know. Today it is really hard to find good Doctors who have the understanding and patient for special needs children. Dr. Maxwell is a Roll model for other Doctors.

Doctors here are amazing as we are visiting them for more than 6 years. Unfortunately, the Financial coordinator is rude. Our insurance paid them 100% of the allowed price for yearly cleaning. But they are demanding an extra amount that the insurance didn't pay. Even though they are accepting our insurance, they are still not happy with the allowed insurance amount. Here is the conversation with their financial coordinator today: Me: Why do I have to pay more than the allowed amount even though you are accepting my dental PPO plan? Financial coordinator: We are in your network. But not all our doctors are accepting your plan. Me: What! All I know that you accept my plan and we don't know who accepts what and not. You guys assigned a Non-PPO dr for our children's visit without telling me. It is not our fault. Why are you scamming us? Financial coordinator: It is not our fault. You have to pay. Don't feel like taking our 3 kids there anymore-That means this type of hassle 6 times a year

I would not even leave a 1 star if I could help it! This place is so unprofessional I would not suggest to anyone, staff is very rude on the phone and just wants to rush you off. DO NOT GO HERE

Dr. Rastogi and Maxwell are amazing with my 7 and 4 year olds! They actually beg me to take them to the dentist! All of the hygienists we have seen are great with the kids as well. Highly recommend this practice.

We took our children to Olde Orchard for their first dental appointment today and were so impressed with the work they did. They have a very friendly staff and it's clear that they care about their patients. We were very concerned about how the appointment would go, but Dr. Rabaa and staff did everything they could to make our kids as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

Incredible group. Ive been taking my children to this practice for 7 years. we love how well they care for my kiddos and even though they have had dental work. They go above and beyond making the kids feel safe comfortable. they love coming in and getting their teeth cleaned an a prize. our whole families experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. We are blessed and thankful for Dr Maxwell and her team. I highly recommend this Pediatric Dentist office.

We love Olde Orchard Pediatric Dentistry. I have referred all of my friends there. Dr. Maxwell is just amazing with my high anxiety child. There is also a new dentist, a younger gentleman. I do not remember his name. He was super awesome with my child as well. We went through three pediatric dentists before we found Olde Orchard. We are so happy we kept looking until we found a great match!

Overall experience with my kid was good. Staff are pretty good. Best pricing compared to the other providers. My only concern is getting appointment is bit difficult (better they are considering if its urgency). It would be better if they provide savings plan for the people not having the Dental Insurance.

We have been going here for years. All the staff are amazing. Dr. Maxwell and Dr. Rastogi are so patient and great with kids, keeping them comfortable and treating them like good friends while they take care of their dental needs. My kids are in good hands here.

Going to get a dental cleaning is not one of our special needs daughter's favorite thing by any means, but Dr. Rastogi is so great with her-she works quickly and effectively, all the while talking calmly to her to try and distract her from the issue at hand. All of the staff there are exceptional people. We are so thankful that we have such wonderful, caring experts to make our daughter's experience as pleasant as possible!

My cognitively challenged daughter is petrified of the dentist and she let's Dr. Maxwell know that! But when she is done with the exam/cleaning she sits up and signs "friend" to Dr. Maxwell because she is so kind and gentle with my daughter. She is the best.

We absolutely love Dr. Maxwell, she is fantastic with kids and so reassuring to parents. Every time my kids have dental appointments she makes it easy breezy. She really is great at what she does, highly recommend!

I called at 10:30 pm because my 13 year old accidentally bumped her mouth which resulting in two loose and bleeding front teeth. I spoke to the dentist who was knowledgeable, reassuring and answered my multiple "nervous mom" questions patiently. The dentist got us in the next day. She and her office are absolutely wonderful!

The staff is very friendly, my son had no issues with getting his teeth clean. They answer all questions you may have.
